Avis CITIZENM MIAMI WORLD CENTER Miami

Mon mari et moi avons passé une nuit ici parce que nous avions une croisière qui partait le lendemain. L'endroit est vraiment cool et très artistique ! L'emplacement est excellent, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de Bayside Marketplace. La chambre était propre et nette avec des tonnes de caractéristiques cool - la plus grande caractéristique étant que toute la chambre est commandée par un iPad, y compris les lumières, la télévision, la température, etc. Mon mari et moi avons adoré le fait que nous puissions diffuser nos téléphones sur la télévision. La façon dont on s'enregistre et dont on quitte l'hôtel est TRÈS avancée. Nous y séjournerions à nouveau sans hésiter.

La cafétéria est géniale ! Elle est très bien organisée ! Le petit déjeuner est excellent !

L'emplacement et les installations sont bons, mais le service a besoin d'être amélioré. Le personnel de ménage a enlevé les serviettes usagées de ma chambre mais n'en a pas laissé de nouvelles. Alors que je m'apprêtais à prendre une douche, je me suis rendu compte que je n'avais pas de serviettes. J'ai essayé d'appeler la réception à trois reprises avant d'obtenir une réponse. Cependant, au lieu de s'excuser, l'employé a simplement demandé "Alors, vous avez besoin de serviettes ?", comme si ce n'était pas une erreur de leur part.

Lorsque le service de ménage a fini par livrer les serviettes, le membre du personnel avait une expression vide et n'a toujours pas présenté d'excuses. Pour un hôtel qui facture 200 dollars la nuit, je m'attendais à un bien meilleur service. J'ai séjourné dans d'autres CitizenM à travers le monde, et leur service était bien meilleur que celui-ci !

Excellente situation, élégant et agréable, espace utilisé efficacement, tous les équipements utiles et nécessaires distribués dans un petit espace mais avec une excellente atmosphère d'élégance et de confort.

J'ai passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel après qu'on nous ait refusé l'embarquement pour notre croisière. Nous devions trouver un hôtel proche du port. L'emplacement est vraiment bon. Les chambres sont propres. La fille de la réception, SHELIKA, est un ange ! Elle a été si gentille avec nous, elle s'est surpassée ! Citizen M, vous avez de la chance d'avoir une employée comme elle, s'il vous plaît, donnez-lui un peu de reconnaissance, elle le mérite absolument !
Et SHELIKA, si vous lisez ceci, je vous serai à jamais reconnaissante, merci !

Très beau et fonctionnel !

Ma chambre sent comme une maison avec un couple de chats et une litière qui doit être changée, donc je ne pense pas qu'elle soit nettoyée à fond. La propriété est pratiquement en libre-service pour le check-in/check-out et pour le service en chambre, mais j'ai donné 4 étoiles au service parce que lorsque je me suis plaint de l'odeur dans ma chambre, la personne à la réception a été très gentille et serviable. L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais je ne m'y sens pas à l'aise et je n'y séjournerai plus jamais, pas plus que je ne le recommanderai à d'autres.

Chaque fois que je vais à Miami, je séjourne au citizen M . Et j'avais l'habitude de recommander cet hôtel à mes amis 10/10. Maintenant je dirais 6-7/10. La principale chose comme , certaines des chambres la partie AC quand ne fonctionne pas , il y a du bruit . Et cette fois-ci, j'ai demandé à changer de chambre... l'agent masculin de la réception (le 26 janvier, vers 23h30) n'a même pas demandé pourquoi, il a dit immédiatement NON... et j'ai alors expliqué la situation. Il m'a dit : retournez dans votre chambre et je verrai ce que je peux faire... Je suis retournée et j'ai appelé, il m'a littéralement changée de chambre pour la chambre voisine... même problème encore..., et j'ai senti que c'était trop demander pour un changement de chambre ( c'est un dimanche soir donc en général les hôtels ne sont pas très occupés )... d'habitude je ne dérange personne, j'aime juste faire mon checkin et mon check out . Je n'aime pas le bruit de la climatisation ... et le service est très moyen. (Je devais recevoir une boisson gratuite puisque j'avais réservé directement auprès de l'hôtel et je me suis même sentie mal à l'aise de demander cette information)

Hôtels très agréables et très bien situés

la taille de la chambre pour de vrai 6 pieds x 16,5 pieds, c'est exact 6x16,5. quand vous vous allongez sur le lit, vous êtes de la tête aux pieds contre les murs ... PAS de bureau d'accueil..... Pourquoi les gens pensent-ils que c'est acceptable ? Les ventilateurs de la climatisation dans notre chambre ont envoyé de la poussière de la nouvelle cloison sèche de la poussière partout nous avons eu un crédit pour notre séjour ........................Séjournez loin et trouvez une vraie chambre des USA pas une chambre de l'UE

Hôtel très cool, récemment construit et branché, avec de nombreuses possibilités de libre-service et de services numériques autour de la réservation. Les chambres sont compactes et très fonctionnelles. Endroit parfait pour faire du tourisme et consommer des services de voyage/touristique dans les environs. Situé dans un quartier généralement sûr avec de nombreux restaurants et supermarchés accessibles à pied.

Je reviendrais à Miami dans le seul but de séjourner au citizenM ! Même si l'ambiance est très chic, avec un feng shui plus organique, l'énergie est accueillante et charmante. Sans oublier que le personnel est si détendu qu'il donne l'impression d'être un ami. Ajoutez à cela le buffet du petit-déjeuner ! Vous ne serez pas déçus. Dans l'ensemble, c'est très mémorable !

Le barman du toit aux cheveux longs nous a discriminés par rapport aux autres clients.

Situation exceptionnelle, personnel serviable, chambres douillettes avec un lit de très bonne qualité. Il ne faisait pas assez chaud pour profiter de la piscine, mais elle était superbe. La salle de sport pourrait être légèrement améliorée, mais elle fait le travail. Je reviendrai certainement.

Malheureusement, je ne peux pas donner plus d'une étoile, car il est impossible de contacter le service client. Après un séjour le 20 janvier 2025, j'ai oublié un petit miroir avec des ventouses dans ma chambre d'hôtel et j'ai immédiatement contacté le service clientèle lorsque je m'en suis rendu compte. Je n'obtiens pas de réponse, ni par mail ni par Whatsapp. Comme je suis encore dans la région pour quelques jours, il aurait été bien que je puisse encore récupérer l'article. Mais comme je n'ai reçu aucune réponse concrète et que je suis ignorée par les collaborateurs du chat Whatsapp, je suppose que les articles trouvés sont peut-être simplement donnés au personnel. Je suis sûr à 100% que j'ai laissé le miroir dans la chambre.
Pendant mon séjour, j'ai également eu de mauvaises expériences avec le personnel de la réception. La chambre n'a pas été faite et j'ai demandé plusieurs fois des serviettes propres pour pouvoir au moins prendre une douche. Ce n'est qu'au bout de la troisième fois que j'ai appelé la réception (à chaque fois pendant 5 minutes en attente) et que j'ai été menacé d'une mauvaise critique que j'ai reçu des serviettes.
Conclusion : personnel mal organisé. Ne perdez pas vos affaires ici, vous ne les reverrez jamais.

THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOMS!
Not only are the rooms smaller than a camper. They have no onsite parking and i couldnt even let my wife out of the car with our bags before i had someone threatening me with a parking violation. The AC is horrible, ZERO air flow. Even when i left it at the highest fan speed and lowest temp at night it was still hot and stagnant in the room. Everything is controlled by an ipad, cool concept but incredibly impractical. My room was filthy upon check in. Dust on every surface and literal pool of pee in the wall mounted toilet brush holder. I booked a room for the 12th-16th and due to unforeseen circumstances i was unable to check in til the 14th… they cancelled my reservation even tho it was already paid for and said i was “2days late” WHAT?! I paid for it, lol. What do they care if i show up at all?!?! Dont bother bringing a roku or gaming console as the tvs are bolted to the wall and you cant switch the tv input even if you could access its ports. Dont look for free breakfast of even coffee because they dont offer it. Dont bother getting food for your room because there is no microwave to even heat trash like “easy mac”.

Overall filthy, cramped and incredibly inconvenient. Maybe stop trying to be so hip and just give basic amenities.

Best hotel I've ever been in! Friendly staff, clean, touchless check-in and check-out, inviting bar and "living room." I will rave about the blackout blinds forever! I like to be disturbed when I want to be disturbed, so having those blinds kept the world away until I was ready to get up. Using the iPad to schedule cleaning and control the room meant I didn't have to get up nor talk to anyone. Location is phenomenal, and you can take the Metromover to anywhere (it's free!). I have already booked another stay in October. And, if you're a smoker, there's a smokers pole near the entrance and it was always in use!

We had a great experience here and it is in an amazing location.

The biggest complaint I have, as others have stated, is the room is pretty small and has an awkward layout for the bed if someone is with you. Your partner will have to crawl over you as it is right up against the window.

Overall, I'd recommend this location.

Overrated but a Perfect Location

Excellent location, beautifully designed and great rooftop party atmosphere

Disliked: The rooms were incredibly small and the walls were paper thin. The hotel did not tell me they were undergoing some construction and their hammering made me run out of my hotel during the day. Any uncomfortable noises, "pounding" or cleaning in the neighbouring rooms will be heard loudly.

Good breakfast but after 2 days it gets boring. Don't expect the staff to be attentive nor personal, in Miami everyone is doing their own thing and this staff left a lackluster impression, bar staff were less than stellar being patient to understand my accent as a brown Caribbean person and the lightning in the hallways is very creepy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the CitizensM Hotel in Miami for a weekend getaway to attend the Madonna concert and explore the vibrant city. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this hotel prides itself on its trendy ambiance and convenient location.

One of the standout features of our stay was the hotel's proximity to the Kayesa Arena. Being able to simply walk across to the concert venue saved us valuable time and hassle, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the experience without worrying about transportation logistics.

The rooftop pool area, accessible exclusively to guests, provided a welcome retreat from the Miami heat. The bar served up delicious cocktails and snacks, making it the perfect spot to unwind and take in the stunning views of the city skyline. However, while the rooftop offerings were top-notch, we found the options on the first floor to be somewhat lacking in comparison.

As for the rooms themselves, while they were admittedly on the smaller side, they were cleverly designed with modern features reminiscent of a cruise ship cabin. This compact layout may not suit those seeking spacious accommodations, but for us, it added to the hotel's unique charm and didn't detract from our overall experience.

What truly sets CitizensM apart is its unbeatable location within walking distance of Bayside and the Brightline Train station. Whether we wanted to explore the local attractions or venture further afield, we found it incredibly convenient to navigate the city using Uber.

Overall, our stay at CitizensM Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of its prime location, trendy amenities, and attentive service has left us eager to return for future visits whenever there's a must-see event in Miami. No longer will we endure the long drive from Orlando – this hotel has become our go-to choice for experiencing all that Miami has to offer.

Very interesting concept. Meant to be “low touch”. You check yourself in. There are no room charge privileges. You choose if you want your room cleared on the iPad in your room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Main drawback of this hotel is the miniature rooms and minimal nature of everything. Hint if you want a room that has enough space for you and your suitcase, ask for a handicap accessible room. If this hotel has a price lower than more luxurious and comfortable places take it otherwise maybe you want to pass.

Interesting hotel! The location is AMAZING! There are a lot of restaurants around, a mall a couple of blocks away, Starbucks behind, very cool location. The rooms are tinyyyyy and cute. It was perfect for me! I had a very good experience with them.

There is no clear information that to have access to the hotel benefits on the city centre parking, you had to pay on the hotel before. So we unfortunately parked there for $40 dollars with no in and out privileges and had to pay more $25 dollars at the hotel. They did not help or cancel the other parking ticket.

The rooms and location were really nice for Miami, because you could quickly reach all the places. The rooftop also had an amazing view. However we didn’t like the drinks that they have served for the price. For example the glasses were dirty. Overall still a great hotel if you stay in Miami for a short time.

I have to share the positive that one of the Manager's Jon was amazing and exceptional. I stay at this property a lot and have always had amazing service. However I had a problem with the ipad and couldn't figure it out and the front desk kept hanging up on me. It was hard enough to get them on the phone.

Fiquei receosa de reservar quando li algumas críticas acerca do tamanho do quarto, porém o local surpreendeu, pois apesar de pequeno é bem planejado e funcional. A vista para a baia é linda.
Excelente estrutura, local moderno, fácil localização a 15 minutos a pé da Brightline Miami Station, bem perto do Metromover e na avenida principal passam os trolleys gratuitos.
Ah... Fácil acesso ao Bayside Marketplace do Kaseya Center e do Museu de Ciência.
Destaque para o excelente café da manhã e ao atendimento da equipe!
