The only negatives I have is: 1) it took me like a week and 5 or 6 emails to get any reply from the reservations staff. Every time I had a question, it took another 5, 6, 7 emails and a week to get a response - although it was always a friendly one. 2) Considering the neighborhood, perhaps buy some Thomas or Lenders bagels for the breakfast to accommodate the kosher-keeping guests. Even if it's only one bag of them, and the rest can be the other brands from COSTCO. 3) Parking is very convenient, but there are clearly not enough spaces on the side of the building. Isn't there a way the staff can park on the street? 4) Make sure clothes hangars and the security safe are on the checklist. We had no hangars when we checked in - and the safe had been locked by the last guest, so we couldn't use it.
Otherwise, we'll be back next year for our third stay, we hope -- The Landon is great place to be!
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The front desk service was exceptional, with staff members who were polite, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The complimentary coffee, tea, and wine was a plus. The rooms were clean, modern, and inviting. Additionally, the hotel's location provided easy access to a great beach, mall, and dining options, all within walking distance and at an affordable price. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

The front guy was so slow. Took an hour to check us in.
After check in , when we see the room... was crazy... smell like pee, AC noise was so loud... bathroom dirty and towels wet.
Yes, if you check the pictures online those are awesome, but please do not believe , there the rooms looks opposite!!! I mean very bad!!!!
I booked online for 3 days it was my husband birthday, so we couldn't stay there for all 3 nights! we did check out and found another hotel.
Asked for refund and they never gave back, saying that is not refundable!! Really guys ?! We should smell your pee for the entire vacation?!
I never recommend this hotel !!!
But the crazy thing is they charge $200/night!!!
P.S. There are a lot of bad things to say... but I do not want to scare you... just do not go there ... otherwise you will have the same bad experience as me!!

The rooms are small and smell bad.
There is no plug outlets near your bed at all.
If you sleep next to a street you will hear everything at night since the windows are thin especially the room in front of the hotel.
There is no elevator! Good luck bringing your bags up the stairs. They don’t offer any staff to help you.
They will charge you a $20 “resort fee” a day for towels and I don’t know what else.
First of all it’s not a resort. Second when I booked on Expedia they said everything is included.
The $20 resort fee a day is a typical 3rd world country scam that they are trying to bring to the US.
And the parking situations is a hit or miss. There is 8 spots on the side of the “resort” lol and then some more in the back but we got unlucky and couldn’t find parking for 1 hour.
Other then that the beds were good. Location is great and that’s it really…
