The other reviews are pretty accurate; you're not going to get a great experience with an old hotel on Miami Beach, but I do still feel like I overpaid. Not accessible since it's a walk-up. Our door was broken and only opened partially. We were able to get inside the room, but because we didn't have many bags with us. Rooms are small but met our needs for a short stay. The AC is a wall unit, so it's loud and humid. The staff work in the hotel across the street, so this one seems not to be staffed at all; someone even made themselves at home in the lobby overnight. They do say it can take 5 days to get your deposit back and recommend reaching out to your own bank to get it done faster, which I found odd, but it did get returned within that timeframe anyway. There wasn't much noise from the street since our room faced the back, but the other guests were noisy overnight (again, makes sense given that it's Miami Beach). Overall, if you're here to stay up and party on the beach and just need a bed, this would meet your needs.

Amazing Ambiance... We sat at the bar. The African American gentleman and the sweet lady at the bar were very friendly...We'll definitely be back!!!

Even though we made a reservation and paid the money, we said we should pay the 100 dollars requested as a deposit in advance, but they did not accept it, they insisted that it should be by credit card, when we did not have it, the money we paid was gone, and we went to a nicer hotel with a lower price and without a deposit, we were literally defrauded. I do not recommend it to anyone, those who do not want to be defrauded, do not come here, it is the worst hotel in Miami Beach????????????

First thing I noticed upon arrival was the CHANDELIER!! and the SERVICEEEE by the bartender. He was awesome and made me feel very welcomed. Drinks at the bar were amazing and made me want to come back. The chandeliers made it for me though not going to lie.. it was amazing

Cory at Chandelier Shelley was amazing. The first thing I noticed when walking in was the beautiful chandeliers, especially at the bar area. Cory made the experience at this hotel SO much better.
