Le Chesterfield n'a rien d'anglais avec sa déco lounge et moderne avec ses influences africaines, le tout dans un goût sûr et raffiné. 50 chambres impeccables dont la plus belle et la plus chère reste le penthouse sur le toit avec terrasse privative, Jacuzzi et son immense salon. L'endroit est parfois un peu bruyant en raison de la musique mise en début de soirée lorsque le bar commence à servir l'apéritif, offert aux clients de l'hôtel entre 19h et 20h. Egalement un service shuttle depuis l'aéroport gratuit.

This experience was awful the room was dingy dirty and smelled terrible the room was so uncomfortable the front desk was no help everyone working was rude and no help ! Also if you plan on getting any type of rest during your stay this is not the place they have a whole lounge in there hotel lobby that plays loud music until 3am they had no respect for the guest staying at the hotel at all ! The floors above were also very squeaky ! I didn’t get any rest while staying at this hotel between the smell the lounge and the squeaky floors above it was literally the worse hotel that I have ever stayed in ! Also the sheets were not clean they were dingy !!! The bathroom was not clean ! If could give this place 0 stars I would ! Yes it’s in a good location but it’s not worth it at all ! Everything the other reviews are saying about this place is absolutely true it’s not a good experiences at all ! I had to do a review on this place to warn other guest !! Stay somewhere else and be sure to check as many reviews as possible so that you have a comfortable legit stay while on vacation !

AVOID IF YOU CAN!!! The only thing this hotel has going for them is the location. For the price that we paid we were shocked with how disgusting it was. It felt creepy, dingy, and dirty. The toilet paper is soggy, the floors are filthy and be prepared to have a cockroach as an extra roommate. I have never seen a cockroach so big in my life, when we went down to complain they refused to give us another room and said someone will come by to kill it and change the sheets. This was around 10pm, around 11pm we went back to our room to see if they changed the sheets - nope. The sheets were moved around but definitely not changed, not even folded. Who knows if the cockroach was still in there. We felt so uncomfortable, we left the room for the night and did not come back. Front desk was useless in helping us, basically laughed and said "this is Miami what do you expect" and just gave us an e-mail address to reach out to. I would never recommend this hotel.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting filthy dirty smelly and infested with COCKROACHES and god knows what else. The ONLY good thing is location but I’m sure there are plenty more hotels down the strip that are better. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to share a room with cockroaches

Fire whoever’s responsibility it is to be answering phones. I’ve called multiple times to do for several days. I how was anyone supposed to confirm bookings etc? Probably losing a lot of business
