I stayed from April 15-16, 2024(room 2824). It leaves something to be desired before checking out. First, the sound from the upper floor is too loud. It doesn't mean that the guests upstairs are noisy. However, I am certain that there is a problem with the noise blocking. I can't sleep because I can hear them walking. Second, there is only a shower gown and one slipper for two people. Considering the value of the hotel, there is a lack of consideration for the guests. Third, we were filming a video in the pool where an Asian man didn't even come to swim, but the steps didn't block us. It's never a small matter that an intercontinental hotel doesn't value private. I write this as a customer who loves intercontinental hotels because I visit many hotels for business trips and trips. However, the satisfaction of other areas was the best. Check-in and cleanliness of the hotel are the best.

2024년 4월 15일부터 16일까지 숙박했다. 체크아웃 하기 전에 아쉬운 점을 남깁니다. 첫번째, 윗층에서 들리는 소리가 너무 큽니다. 윗층에 있는 투숙객이 시끄러운 뜻은 아닙니다. 하지만 소음차단에 문제가 있는 것은 확실합니다. 걸어다니는 소리가 들릴 정도라서 집중해서 잘 수가 없습니다. 두번째, 두명이 투숙하는데 샤워가운과 슬리퍼가 한개만 준비되어 있습니다. 호텔의 가치를 생각한다면 고객에 대한 배려가 부족한 것입니다. 세번째, 풀장에서 어떤 동양 남성이 수영을 하러 온 것도 아닌데 동영상을 촬영하고 있는데 스텝이 막지 않았습니다. 인터컨티넬탈 호텔에서 프라이빗을 중요하게 여기지 않는다는 것은 결코 작은 문제는 아닙 겁니다. 출장이나 여행으로 많은 호텔들을 다녀보기에 인터컨티넬탈 호텔을 사랑하는 고객으로써 아쉬운 마음에 글을 씁니다. 그러나 다른 부분의 만족도는 최고였습니다. 체크인, 호텔의 깨끗함은 최고입니다.

Attended a conference at this hotel but stayed at a different property. The feedback I got from the people that stay at the property was very positive The location of the property was very good and the service that I experienced from the catering staff was good as well.

Esta muy bien ubicado se puede ir caminando a Bayside, hay tiendas y restaurantes muy cerca, el hotel es muy bueno, la cama, almohadas y en general la habitación muy amplia y bonita, hay café y te dentro de la habitación la TV muy moderna

I particularly stay at this hotel quite often and it's one of the best hotels in Miami however, a few days ago I called to booked a reservation for my parents 60th anniversary and was told because I going to pay for them and was not going to arrive at the time they arrived I couldn't use a credit card and that I would have to complete a wire transfer form.

This was very unheard of. I travel internationally, and within the US on A weekly basis, and I have never heard of One having to complete a wire transfer form if they are booking a hotel for someone else. I spoke with four service representatives of which one stated if I cannot apply with the policy, then I could take my business elsewhere an cancel the reservation.

I thought that was very rude and unprofessional however, because I do value this hotel, the location and the previous professionalism I had experienced I decided to speak with a manager and unfortunately was told the exact same thing. I understand adhering to policy but It's really shocking that someone would turn away business and although my business is very small compared to the normal business that is received at this hotel that you turn away any business, especially when rooms are in excess of 500+ dollars

I work for a fortune 500 organization who has held multiple meetings at this particular hotel. I guess moving forward I will let my company know to "take their business elsewhere".

Lobby are ridiculous cold, it’s really impossible stay in public spaces of this hotel. In the pool area it’s impossible stay the music are so loud. Staff don’t understand English and not be kind.

I’ve stayed there several times for Music Week and had the best service and treatment ever, but this year it was extra special, Pablo Robles at front desk really made sure of it, thank you so much!!

Was luxurious! Clean and well appointed, however...freezing inside-both lobby and room! Shower and bath area gorgeous!
TV even had our name on its screen...the view from 16th floor was spectacular! Huge viewing window on ocean side!

We were exhausted after being delayed by American airlines for 2 days. The hotel was so accommodating by letting us check in early and we rested very well even with the Ultra music festival going on next door. Staff is friendly, food is stellar and the place is gorgeous. We would definitely recommend this place

I didn't stay here, I actually did a video production job and spent the whole day in the Brickell Room. I found the staff and the hotel catering very good. If you are a corporate client trying to find a space to hold a conference or something similar, I would definitely recommend this hotel

Paid a lot of money we came here for ultra order
Room service still been one hr didn’t get the food yet it’s 12am I’m gonna get extra fat so let’s wait and see what time they come I had to get a wheelchair they took one hr it’s crazy…..

This might be the worst hotel stay I have ever had. Incredibly over priced to begin with and then two nights of the loudest rudest music playing. It was like being in a dungeon of hell. The noise was vibrating through the windows so loudly that even a TV at its loudest could not cover any of the sound. Air conditioner fan was not working. Customer service could not or would not offer any respite. And the icing on the cake was that we spent over 750 a night when it was priced online at 544. My head is hurting, its midnight, the windows are still vibrating and we have to leave at 430 in the am.
