Bienvenue chez le boss de la galette des rois ! Eric Buffenoir, deux fois lauréat du concours de Floride, propose de la viennoiserie et de la pâtisserie maison avec le même goût qu'en France... Baguettes, fraisiers, parfaits au chocolat, la vitrine est immense. On a essayé le sandwich au pesto, il est incroyable. Il sert aussi des petits-déjeuners à base d'œufs brouillés, pochés, Bénédicte et, en version latine, avec une sauce piquante. Sans oublier, le soir, de la souris d'agneau au miel et au romarin ou encore des ballotins de poisson... Un régal !

Bonjour Bakery est une boulangerie française située à Miami. Elle vous propose des petits desserts, des gâteaux et des pains français traditionnels. Tous ces produits sont préparés avec des ingrédients de première qualité et des recettes originales et d'inspiration française. Cet établissement vous sert également du café, des petits déjeuners, des déjeuners, des dîners et des brunchs. Vous pouvez y déguster des french toasts, des croque-monsieur, une tartine d’avocat au saumon, de la soupe française crémeuse à base de homard frais, du blanc de poulet grillé… Les amateurs de sucreries peuvent se régaler avec la mousse Tropicana, les profiteroles fourrées à la crème au chocolat, la mousse terrine au chocolat, la tarte au citron, le gâteau Opéra… Une adresse gourmande à découvrir !

I said it open until 8, then we proceeded to want to order the croissant roll burger and we were told the kitchen was closed so I don't understand how a place that's open from 7 AM to 8 PM meaning that the last person that walks into the door is still available to like order so then maybe you should say the only thing you can order is anything that is already cooked behind the glass, which is all pastries and dessert
Very disappointed in the interaction
And not to mention that I ordered the two for one mimosas, and when the gentleman who came to deliver me, my drinks came with two glasses of red wine I told him that's not what I ordered. It was like I told him that found a hair and something because his facial expression, and the fact that he went all the way back to tell the other person, then all the way back to find the cashier who put in the order then all the way back like all the time being wasted, the customers always right, so whether I did or I didn't, he should've just immediately went told the supervisor and swapped it out not wasted another 23 minutes and trying to find out if it was correct or not so I ended up with all that I ended up just staying with the two glasses of red wine so on top of all of this I ended up getting something I didn't want.
I love the breakfasts and brunches at this French bakery. The customer service is not bad, it's just that the place is very small and there is no separation or space to walk, people practically walk past your table. But in other points it is very good and rich.
