Do not ever stay here. Coming from a seasoned and patient traveler, this hotel is horrendous. $29 nightly parking fee on top of a $35 daily "resort fee". Location is incredible, that's where it ends. Inattentive and rude staff, the smell of cigarettes and marijuana all over the property, sub par food at Las Vegas prices. The employees have zero concern about your experience. This should be a Motel 6, not a Hilton. Avoid this hotel!

Hilton should be ashamed of this location. I highly recommend staying away from it. The building is under maintained, the staff is beyond rude, and they do not care about the safety of their guests. Zero stars.

The service was terrible. The recreation manager was never available, and the receptionist/staff members couldn't assist with the activities and tours we were interested in exploring. Breakfast was extremely overpriced, costing 3x what local breakfast restaurants were charging. The noise from the bars downstairs was unbearable. Even on the 5th floor, I could still hear the music from the ground floor

The location is great! The staff is friendly. The price is way to high for the condition of the room. The rooms are very outdated. Beware when you book a balcony it overlooks the air condition units for the hotel. Very noisy! Parking was $29. Very disappointing and deciving.

We decided to stay in the hotel because it was my best friend birthday, and we did a great choice!!! Before my arrival Lena (concierge) called me to make sure we were coming and to let me know she will have a surprise for us!!!I absolutely loved it!! I’m pretty sure she also took care of giving us a great room that was located in the corner and that’s why had a great view!!!she made us feel welcomed and made our stay better for sure!!!! I also want to recognize to Michelle the bartender form the tiki bar omg she is the best, she was nice the margaritas were the besttttt!!!! Also to Camila the server who took care of me in the restaurant in the morning, she did a great job! The all staff made me feel welcomed and I really appreciate it! I only stayed for one night but I will be back for sure! I cannot remember the name of the front desk girl but she was really helpful when I went to ask about the golden members privileges!! Thank you so much for everything we really enjoyed our stay !!!

Beautiful location, good layout from restaurants and swimming pools to elevators. However, the noise at night was horrible and the restaurants were extremely overpriced. I got more food, variety and quality at Ryan’s island cafe place for half the price. Also, I had to pay $35 a day for BouYah watersports and they were only open for 2 hours and they didn’t even give us a guide for kayaking/ paddle boarding. Overall, could be a lot better. Disappointing for the Hilton chain.

Chairs in room and on balcony very uncomfortable and it advertised full gulf view but it’s actually partial view. HOWEVER the staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was PHENOMENAL!!!! My favorite was the braised short rib and the cheese pizza. Plus I’d really like to take these pillows home. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spent 4 nights and not once did i have clean sheets or towels without asking! Reported to the front desk daily and they asked if I posted the Do Not Disturb sign. No, i was on the beach from 9-5 day and not once did they make up the room! The front desk asked if I wanted more bottled water. Heck no, I only wanted clean sheets!

Had a nice time, but a little annoyed with resort fees not sure what it covered. Also would have been nice to know upfront about fees for beach chairs, umbrella & cabanas to rent. Food was excellent as well as wait staff.

Hotel is located right on the beach. They have a private section of the beach which can also be accessed by the public. I don’t think there are any lifeguards on duty (or a lifeguard tower) directly behind the hotel though. The front desk were all very nice and accommodating. Our room had 2 double beds. Hard for an adult and child to sleep in the bed. Our room had a weird smell and they promptly changed out the room for us. It might just be the carpets/ductwork, who knows, but the other room smelled better. The right side from about floor 5 and down are near the ac condensers in the roof. I think the hotel goes to floor 9, so you won’t hear it if you’re up there. I believe all the odd numbers are on the right side. The pool has a pool and ping pong table located near the pool. There is a pool for guest access only and a nice bar area with food/alcohol. There is no self parking. You have to use valet but it’s pretty quick and efficient. I had no problems getting in and out throughout the stay. Valet is $29/night. I’d definitely stay here again. Just knowing where to pick a room and to maybe get adjoining rooms next time.

Our rom cost over 500 a night. We wanted gulf view with a balcony. We did have a gulf view and balcony but over looking hotels roof that had motors humming so loud we couldn’t hear each other speaking. Make sure when you book you request not to be on side with all the machines humming 24-7. The room was outdated. Phone is broke. Bathroom was dirty when we got in with a little pile of hair from past guests. Beds were very comfortable and the linen was clean. Wonderful location with everything you need in walking distance so don’t rent a car. The beach is easy to get to maybe a 3 minute walk from my room door. The pool is heated and nice. I guess if you’re looking for easy access to beach this is a good spot. Just don’t expect much from the actual room. Around 30 a night to park your car.

Didn’t not enjoy. Staff was rude and unhelpful, charged way to much for what we got, and overall not worth the expense.

Took a vacation with family, the scenery was beautiful, live, and just fun which we enjoyed everything around. The hotel is right on beach which was amazing. However the restaurant service was horrible, my little kids were heading to the restrooms. When heading to the restrooms we had an encounter with a lady named lori with glasses and blonde hair, who watched these black children from her booth going to the restroom, she even took the extra step to leave her station just to watch the kids go into the restroom as they went in she left and as soon as they came out she started watching them like a hawk again but this time she sat at the tables next to the restrooms to watch. This made my kids very uncomfortable, half of them didn’t even want to come back to this hotel feeling uncomfortable and not wanting to come back. Rhonda Saurbaugh who is front office manager was amazing and helped us with everything. She is sweet, and listened to our concerns. Unfortunately we will not come back to this hotel due to Lori racially profiling my kids, she will never make my kids feel uncomfortable again.

Service for lunch and breakfast was slow. Ordered double shot drinks and they were weak and $15. My bed had black specs and my arm had bites the next day. Stayed previously and loved it, definitely wasnt the same this time.

We were very excited to come and stay a night here as DIAMOND members but we were quickly let down. A lot of promises not kept. Place is so unorganized. We ended up canceling our stay and left an hour after we got there because of how unorganized. It was 4pm when we were trying to see when our room would be ready and people were CHECKING OUT. How is that you promise rooms at 4pm and 5 other families checked out? Would not recommend.

Great location - right on the water, with amazing views of the sunset every night. Easy walking to Pier 60 and many other delicious restaurants. The rooms were clean, staff friendly.

The pillows on the bed are terrible, zero support. The hotel nickels and dimes for EVERYTHING. Breakfast is not included and is expensive. They charge $29/day to park and a $35/day resort fee (for WHAT?). If you want to sit on the beach, that'll cost you $91/day for 2 chairs and an umbrella. $30 for two frozen drinks at the tiki bar. This is all ON TOP of the $600/night I'm paying to stay. Please consider including some amenities and stop nickel and diming your guests. I could have gone to an all inclusive resort on an island two times over for the amount we spent for 5 days at the Hilton Clearwater.

Very underwhelming experience. Miscommunication with the staff from the beginning. Valet and the front desk are not on the same page when it comes to arrival procedures which caused us confusion and an unwelcomed arrival. The rooms and hotel are very run down. Our room faced the street and it was so loud all night with traffic. If you want to sleep at all, don't accept a room on the street side.

Pool was so crowded and not enjoyable as a result. Breakfast was a fight between us and the birds. In addition, we had personal incident and I'm appalled at how they handle it. From August until now, I still haven't heard from management even though I was told I'd be contacted within 24-48 business hours.

They are located on a beautiful stretch of beach which is about the only good thing I can say about this property.

I'm a Hilton Honors Platinum member. I enjoy traveling to many different Hilton resorts and this one has got to be in my bottom two.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Clearwater Beach and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

The front desk staff was generally disinterested, failing to provide the warm and welcoming service expected from a four star hotel.

A major point of contention was the undisclosed $35 resort fee, which was not clearly communicated during the booking process. This lack of transparency was disappointing and significantly impacted the overall value of my stay.

On Thursday night, a concerning incident occurred where a guest posed as security, banging on doors on the 4th floor late at night. This breach of security is alarming and raises serious safety concerns for guests.

While the bartender at the pool was kind and attentive, the state of her equipment was subpar, indicating a lack of investment in the property and its staff by the ownership. This neglect was disappointing to see in a reputable hotel chain like Hilton.

Additionally, it was noted that the hotel seems to prioritize spring break activities over catering to the needs of business travelers, which, in my opinion, is a short-sighted business strategy.

Moreover, I was surprised to learn that the hotel's checkout time is 12pm, which falls below the standard for a 4-star hotel. This early checkout time was inconvenient and detracted from the overall experience.

In hindsight, had I been aware of the true cost, including the resort fee, I would have opted to stay at the Hyatt instead. The overall experience at the Hilton Clearwater Beach felt more akin to a Motel 6 standard at Hilton prices, which was disappointing.

Corporate knows they can gouge guests based on location and their private beach and pool, which were good amenities.

But in general, my stay at the Hilton Clearwater Beach was marred by several shortcomings.
