Megan the evening manager did an amazing job at accommodating us and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.
All of the front desk staff were super kind and helpful.
The manager at the restaurant was also great and provided excellent customer service as well as great food.
I would definitely stay again.
Temperature control was challenging. It appeared to be no heat, only cold, cold air.
Seat in handicap accessible shower pulled away from wall, safety hazard. Someone will get hurt if the seat hits the ground with them on it.
Also pretty sure there is an issue with mold. I am highly sensitive and came home sick.
Noisy and rude people in room next door. First night came in loud at 2:30 am and continued for at least an hour. Second night repeat only at 1 am. They would put dirty towels outside of door and their trash bag. This made it difficult to even get out our door or maneuver with walker.
I made the front desk aware of it. The person was apologetic and said she would make it right by me. ???????????? I am still waiting. Had I even been given 500 points I would not be writing this review, I would have kept my disappointment in Hilton to myself. Btw, I was cautioned. My daughter had similar awful experience at Doubletree in Miami. I am just going to say, put a little extra away until you can stay at Embassy Suites.
I feel like the location of the hotel was not crazy ideal. There are things that are within walking distance but for the most part you have to Uber.
The staff were great; especially because I expected worse based on other reviews.
We got a free cookie when we checked in and the staff checked in via text message during our stay.

This hotel is very dated. The rooms don’t match the photos displayed on their website. My first room (and the hallway it was on) reeked mildew/mold. I’m highly allergic and the staff was apologetic and moved my room. While it was better (at the time, no mold/mildew smell and the chairs weren’t mutilated), the refrigerator didn’t work and the closet wouldn’t close all the way. I found the reason why- one door is splitting apart on both sides. Over the course of my stay, the room became more humid/damp and the mold/mildew smell became stronger. By my last night, I was coughing throughout the night and my chest was tight.
Disappointed in the hotel as Hilton is usually my go to, but this should not be rated as a 3-star hotel.
