We have stayed at this hotel probably 20 times. I am a Mayo Clinic patient. As a hotel providing and advertising lodging services to Mayo patients, they should make sure their refrigerators are programmed and working properly for patients who may be traveling with important and sometimes life saving medications that need to be refrigerated.

I was traveling with one of my shots and the refrigerator froze it (as well as everything else in that fridge). The medication was unsafe and no longer useable. Not only did I miss my dose of important medication, this shot is $125 per dose, which is money I have now lost. The hotel did absolutely nothing to fix the problem other than send a maintenance guy to fix the fridge, which was turned down to the lowest setting.

At the least, maintenance staff or room service staff should be doing daily checks to ensure their equipment is functioning at a proper temperature.

The only thing the hotel responded, after we have spent well into the 4 figures staying at this hotel over the years, that they “are not liable”. As a hotel providing services to patients with intensive and important medical needs, I find this appalling. We have spent so much money staying here and they wouldn’t even offer a night off of our next stay.

Brought my kids to have a day of fun at the pool and it was so dirty. I asked them about it getting cleaned and I was informed it is cleaned once a week. Wish I could post pictures. I would never recommend this place.

The front desk and shuttle service was terrible. I asked at check-in if I could sign up for the shuttle to the Mayo Clinic for the morning. The night front desk person immediately added my room number to the list for 9AM in the morning. I and the patient arrived in the morning in the lobby at 8:45AM for the shuttle. I asked the morning front desk staff person if the shuttle was running on time. They said it was and would arrive at 9AM. I and the patient went outside to sit on the bench and wait for the shuttle at 8:50AM. At 9:05AM, I went in and asked the front desk person if the shuttle was coming. She said the shuttle came and went. She would have to call the driver and ask if he could come back to pick us up. The shuttle driver arrived at 9:15AM and told us that we were not waiting for the shuttle because he was there at 9:AM. Basically, calling me a liar. When I returned in the afternoon I saw the night front desk person who put my room number on the shuttle list. As I was telling them about what happened the morning front desk person took over the conversation and said it didn't matter because we still made it to our appointment on time. It did matter. I and the patient were left behind on a schedule that was important to us. We were in the lobby 15 minutes before our scheduled pick-up time. I am a rewards member with Hampton Inn partner hotels where I am compensated with reward points for smaller problems with a stay and given an apology. Not here. I was offered a bottle of water, no apology. The apology would have been better than the water. We stayed at this property because of the shuttle and the close proximity to the Mayo Clinic. It was comforting, before our arrival, to know we would not have to stress over driving in an area that is not familiar to us and focus on the medical tests that were going to be completed by the patient. If I had a choice to stay somewhere else for the Mayo Clinic visits I would. The morning front desk person and morning shuttle driver do not deserve my future stays at this property.

No need to apologize now with your standard message and direction to Hilton customer service. I have already contacted them under my Hilton Silver reward account.

Power went out, and 2 floors had no emergency lighting in the stairway. No clock in the room. USB charging station drained device rather than charge it. Expected more from Hampton Inn.

Very unprofessional receptionist. Start raising voice and eventually yell on me.. She said that if I'm not gonna listen to Her opinions. She will refuse service. And I will have to find hotel somewhere else. After paying online I showed her receipt. She said she don't care and I need to pay again with other credit card. Eventually, after she called her boss, she find out that reservation have been already paid.

Cleanliness is an issue with this hotel. Stayed at this hold during last week of December 2023. The carpets inside the rooms seem dirty, old and have a musty smell. During our stay, we found a cockroach underneath the microwave. There was an abandoned baby bottle between the beds. If these are issues that we found, what are the other issues that remain and hidden from customers

This hotel rocks. I was staying here with a family member for treatment. The staff are extraordinarily great. The Front desk staff and housekeeping are friendly and greet me each time we interact and some staff even recognize my family from previous stays. The two staff members that stood out to me during my pleasant stay were Miss La Tonya (Night Audit) and Miss Cindy from the kitchen. I had an issue not related to my stay at this hotel and both of these wonderful kind ladies went out of their way to accommodate my issue with recommendations, directions and, a personal effect (of their own) to alleviate my issue without charge. This issue was ultimately resolved and they showed kindness at time when it really mattered. They both refused a tip wether out of pure kindness or policy (non stated) nonetheless both were a shining example of kind, compassionate, and hospitable Hampton staff that this hotel has the pleasure of employing. Thank you Hampton Inn for the great stay and, thank you to the courteous, hospitable staff for our wonderful stay. We will be returning to this hotel in the future.

One night stay attending a Ponte Vedra event so perfect location for us. Restaurant and grocery options close by. We noticed extra care and attention to service and cleanliness. Friendly staff (Sandra and others), quiet, well-appointed room with comfortable bedding, good water pressure, and complimentary products. Nice full breakfast not the usual dull continental, hot delicious strong coffee —all examples raising the bar for this class of Hilton in Florida. We did not use the pool or gym but both looked appealing. Ample secure parking under the trees in well lit lot.

Upon check in we weren't recognized as Hilton Honors members and the first room we were given smelled horrible, musty or something else?? Moved to second room and smell was some better but room sure good use some TLC and a good cleaning. Floor had not been swept and bathroom floor was far from clean. Entire place is run down, beat up and overall poor condition certainly not worth what we were charged.

Might be time to look at Marriott after this Hilton stay.

Definitely NOT the hotel it was several years ago. All is adequate but far from the 5 star experience it was before the ownership change. We stay here about 3-5 times a year for family and business. We'll continue to do so but more for convenience than the hotel experience we previously enjoyed. Last time we were here (about 4 months ago) several dumb bells were missing/stolen from the fitness facility. We train daily and that was one of the amenities we could rely on. Four months later and they still have not been replaced? Replacing missing equipment in a hotel gym seems like a relatively low bar to set. It would be nice if ownership/management showed a bit more interest in the property.

I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at the Hampton Inn, a choice that wasn’t even mine to begin with. Initially, I had booked a room at the Marriott Courtyard, but upon arrival, I was redirected to the Hampton Inn due to some maintenance issues at Marriott. While they covered the transportation cost, this change was highly inconvenient as my primary reason for choosing the Marriott was its proximity to the Mayo Clinic, where I had appointments.

The real trouble began at the end of my stay. My appointment at the Mayo Clinic concluded around 11 AM, a time that would have allowed for a seamless checkout at the Marriott. However, due to the hotel change, I reached Hampton Inn around 1:30 PM, 2 hours and a half late for the checkout. Despite explaining the situation and the fact that this hotel switch was not my choice, the staff at Hampton Inn were unsympathetic and charged me an additional $50 late checkout fee.

What’s more troubling is the lack of customer support. When I sought to discuss this issue with a manager, I was repeatedly told that they were unavailable, effectively denying me any opportunity to address my concerns with someone in authority.

In conclusion, I had a very unpleasant stay at Hampton Inn, marked by inconvenience, unexpected charges, and an absolute lack of customer support. It’s disheartening to see such a disregard for guest concerns, and I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. If you encounter any issues, don’t expect to find a listening ear or understanding from the management.

The hotel is older and carpeting in room was gross giving a musky smell to the room.

The staff however was friendly and welcoming.

The price of one night was $357 and certainly way overpriced for the quality. Would not recommend.

I checked out after staying one night and saw that I had been charged twice. $220 and $250. When I called to ask why, I was told that housekeeping found evidence of smoking in the room. I gave up smoking 30 years ago and am quite angry about this. Waiting now for a phone call from the housekeeping manager. UNBELIEVABLE!

Where do I start?
Unfriendly staff that rolls eyes and huffs when you ask for assistance? Pool closed with no mention at booking.
Digital keys didn't work.
Had to move rooms because our original room was next to laundry and workers were yelling and talking loud enough to wake us staring at 7am.
We're accustomed to Diamond parking at each entrance; 5 Diamond parking spots up front and "USER ASSUMES ALL RISK" in other areas. Did not feel safe!!!
See pics- hotel generally NASTY. We put up the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign and they came in anyway but didn't disturb the pile of sand that was in the room when we checked in.
One star because ZERO wasn't an option.
