Very disappointed with our stay. Made a special trip for my wife's birthday. Cold water until almost the end of our stay. The manager bought us breakfast to make things right. I was expecting a completely different customer service experience. Also, I am still waiting for my receipt which for some reason they did not want me to have.

I recently dropped a client at the Colony. Next day I hear that client had no reservation for that night. The Colony staff found local accommodations and provided transportation in a timely manner. Kudos!

Tried calling reservations because I had a question. No one answers so you have to leave a voicemail...3 days later...no return call. Tried calling again today at 3:53pm - again no one answers and you are told to leave a voicemail or send an email. No thanks. We will spend our 6 nights elsewhere.

I am thrilled and still in euphoria with how extra special the experience we've had at the Colony Hotel, truly a unique, fun and unforgetable ambiance. Everyone, I mean everyone was so helpful and friendly, my family just felt very well taken care of, the delicious food the decor, all amenities and the beach, which is just a block from the hotel, I am highly recommending this beautiful place to all who seeks adventure and an experience of a lifetime. Thank you so much!!!

This hotel is beautiful and bougainvillea laden. The people who work here are kind, gentle and genuine ???? Branden greeted me so warmly and Courtney at the coffee shop had such a wonderful personality. I live in DB and have not stayed at the hotel but I have come here with a bachelorette party in the past, and we had a wonderful time having drinks outside by the pool. This morning I just came to get a cup of coffee because I was in the area to go to The Lilly Pulitzer flagship store and I wanted to buy a few little things from the gift shop here. Obsessed with this hotel. I want to stay here soon even though I am local. Thank you Colony for being so warm and inviting ☀️????

This was our first stay in Palm Beach at the "Pink Paradise" and it certainly will not be our last. The atmosphere, service, food and cocktails were all stellar. In particular, Ruddy at the front desk made our welcome, and the rest of our stay, exceptional. The Colony Hotel stays true to its nickname, the Pink Paradise. As soon as you walk through the front door, you feel transported to a world of whimsical elegance. If you are planning your stay, bring your most colourful dresses and your fanciest shoes and prepare to be pampered. It was an unforgettable experience and we can't wait for our next visit. Many thanks to all of the staff for a memorable getaway.

Love this hotel. When you think Palm beach The Colony is just the place. They also are doing a pop up for Pop Up Bagels from NYC, which is amazing you have to order and check it out!

The Colony Hotel has a beautiful full service bar alongside its private pool with top notch service. Decorated beautifully and maintained with its unique old traditional Palm Beach glamour.
