I’ve stayed here and at other North Beach Village hotels over the past 5 years.

I would highly recommend this hotel, or any of their other hotels. Their staff are so friendly and I’ve gotten to know them on a personal level.

NBV (particularly Royal Palms) has a charming local vibe that is opposite of staying in a corporate hotel.

The staff are genuine people. I’ve been staying here for the last 5 months (they offer monthly discounts, yes) and I’m going to be so sad to leave. They’ve become like my Florida family.

Can’t wait to see you next winter! <3

Amazing value for how cute this place is. 2 min walk from the beach. Very close to restaurants and shops. Great pool and pool bar with excellent bites.
We will return!

I was taking a cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale and opted to come in a couple of days early. I was just looking for someplace to lay my head to get "cruise-ready". (I volunteer with Aphasia Recovery Connection on their cruises...so it is sort of a "working cruise") I didn't expect much, but I was so very pleased with this property.

It is a short block from the water. There are shops and restaurants about 15 minutes walk from The Royal Palms. The staff is polite and helpful. I asked for...and got early check-in with no hassle or added charge. The rates charged were very reasonable...considering I booked so late. My room, and the rest of the property, was clean and, rather comforting.

I booked it, sight unseen, and had fairly low expectations. I will spend another night after my cruise. Happily, I know what to expect now.

I was skeptical to book my birthday weekend here coming from Chicago because of all the reviews. I am so glad I did. It is definitely family friendly. Kids everywhere. So know that. But, the rooms were big, clean and neat. It’s very close to the beach. Great vibe and safe.

Very nice place and great location. Although when making reservations with this hotel it is impossible to do it directly with the hotel. Reservations are made with a separate office which doesn't have a clear understanding of what the rooms are like.I was told I would get a room with a roll away bed but I did not receive it. In which case the reservation office lied about that. However the hotel staff was very nice. I prefer not to make reservations with a hotel through a third party.

Just don’t…
AC turns on and off about 500 times a night because it’s pretty much mounted in a closet. Beds were way too soft. Like two people roll into the center together. Holiday Inn would be a much better visit.

Always a great , reasonable, and friendly place to stay. Great locations with really cool things to walk to, and also the Beach is very close.
Nice bar by the pool, and the in house massage therapist is lovely and amazing.

I had a pleasant 3 night stay. Perfect location! The staff here are AMAZING! James and Andrea are the BEST!
Food was delicious. I'd recommend trying the sliders and fish tacos.

I'd give a perfect rating if a return call was made regarding belongings I accidentally left behind in my room ????

Had a fantastic stay here for 2 nights starting Friday. They were able to accommodate an early check in. Arnold was so friendly and accommodating with bell-hopping our luggage while we explored. The beds are a little too soft for our liking, but for the price, you really can't beat this place.

This place has seen his best days already. To me it seemed like it could be a really nice place again if it just was in a better shape. Kind staff though.
