4 jours formidables, pour notre AOW et des plongées amusantes. Tout le monde au centre est extrêmement professionnel et détendu. La plongée avec les requins était fantastique. Si vous visitez Malapascua, allez les voir.
Mention spéciale à Tom, Mark, Wilbert et tous les équipages des bateaux.

Je remercie Andrea et Gret pour les informations et l'aide à la réservation et surtout mon instructeur Thomas, un anglais très sympathique, préparé et très attentif.Le cours a été fait seul donc avec beaucoup d'attention pour moi et avec des plongées dans des endroits magnifiques.Les plongées avec les requins nous étions environ dix plongeurs sur le bateau avec plusieurs guides.J'étais avec une fille et nous étions toujours accompagnés par Thomas, encore une fois Top ! Les requins que dire...... expérience unique, l'un de ceux que vous prenez avec vous pour la vie.Merci pour tout et bon travail.

J'ai suivi un cours Advanced Open Water + une plongée ludique à TSD. Bien que j'aie beaucoup apprécié mon instructeur, je pense que l'école pourrait bénéficier d'une gestion plus amicale et d'un meilleur respect de l'environnement.

Les instructeurs du TSD sont très gentils, bien informés et ils m'ont toujours fait me sentir en sécurité et à l'aise, surtout à -30 m.

Je comprends qu'il y ait une certaine variabilité dans les horaires, mais il serait utile que l'équipe de direction soit plus patiente avec les personnes qui se renseignent sur les horaires.

Plus important encore, je pense que la DST devrait prendre davantage soin de l'environnement. La plage devant l'école est très sale, du liquide vaisselle est utilisé pour nettoyer les masques dans l'océan, et la plongée naturaliste n'était pas instructive. Encourager l'écotourisme et la plongée apporterait sans aucun doute une valeur ajoutée à TSD.

Du patron aux employés : tous malhonnêtes ! Une seul chose primordiale pour eux : l’argent !
Malgres qu on a vu les requins renard , nous pouvons les voir avec les autre club également. J’y étais en novembre 2023 !
J’ai plongé ensuite avec Sea explorer , largement mieux une équipe qui vous accueil avec le sourire !
Je ne recommande pas du tout Tresher Shark divers !

École de plongée très professionnelle ! Je n'avais jamais plongé auparavant et j'ai fait mon Padi Open Water ici. Je n'aurais pas pu demander un instructeur meilleur et plus sympathique que Divina. Très compétente et très agréable à travailler. Après mon cours, j'ai fait les plongées avec les requins Tresher. C'était une expérience très spéciale et le voyage était bien organisé. Comme je suis débutant et que j'ai rejoint un groupe plus expérimenté, un instructeur est resté avec moi tout au long de la plongée, ce qui était très agréable.

Magasin de plongée très solide. J'ai essayé plusieurs magasins pendant mon séjour à Malapascua. Thresher Shark Diver était le plus cher, et en valait généralement le prix, mais n'était pas particulièrement excellent par rapport à ses pairs pour justifier la dépense supplémentaire. Des bateaux sûrs, des dive masters expérimentés, un choix solide pour la plongée à Malapascua.

Excellente expérience de plongée avec TSD. J'ai fait deux fois la plongée sur le banc de Kimud, 5a et 6a. Les deux fois ont été incroyables et les requins renards sont si fascinants à observer. J'ai également plongé sur l'île de Gato avec TSD, ce qui a été une excellente journée de plongée et le déjeuner bbq sur le bateau était agréable. Le matériel de location était bon et les guides de plongée étaient professionnels et sympathiques.

Il est important de noter qu'à Kimud Shoal, il semble y avoir plus de tentacules de méduses urticantes qui volent autour, alors faites de votre mieux pour vous couvrir le cou et les chevilles. Vous ne pouvez pas porter de gants, donc vos mains et votre visage devront s'en accommoder. Du vinaigre et de l'eau douce tiède devraient aider à soulager les piqûres.

J'ai eu une très bonne expérience de plongée avec TSD. Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité et pris en charge par l'équipe. La location de matériel était excellente et ils ont même proposé des bouteilles de 15 litres avec du nitrox. L'équipe de plongée était fantastique, en particulier JunJie et Wilbert. Et pour les intervalles de surface, tout le monde est pris en charge par la belle Cheryl.
C'est formidable de plonger dans un endroit qui se soucie vraiment de l'environnement et de ses clients.

J'ai suivi mon cours Nitrox à TSD et les plongées avec le requin renard. L'équipe était professionnelle, facile à contacter et a fait un excellent travail. Ils m'ont accidentellement surfacturé 2 plongées, mais ils ont reconnu leur erreur et m'ont remboursé. J'ai apprécié leur professionnalisme. Merci les gars, j'espère revenir un jour.

C'est un grand magasin de plongée et je suis honoré d'y avoir participé.
J'étais nerveuse et intimidée au début, mais quand je suis partie, j'étais pleine de sourires et de merveilleux souvenirs.
Je suis particulièrement reconnaissant à TATA pour la gentillesse dont il a fait preuve en me disant ce qui n'allait pas, mais en reprenant gentiment lorsqu'il pensait avoir été trop sévère.
Merci également à Tom, qui a toujours été un gentleman, à Carlo et Herbert, qui ont dansé joyeusement, et à tous ceux qui ont rendu ma plongée amusante et sans angoisse.
C'était une mer merveilleuse !

J'ai eu une excellente expérience avec Thresher Shark Divers ! L'équipement était en excellent état et j'ai même reçu une combinaison toute neuve. Le bateau pour les longues sorties était spacieux, confortable et pas surchargé, ce qui rendait le voyage agréable. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le système d'inscription pour les plongées du lendemain - il offre différentes options, ce qui est parfait pour s'adapter à votre humeur et à votre niveau d'énergie.

Les plongées elles-mêmes étaient absolument magnifiques. En quatre jours, j'ai effectué dix plongées, et chacune d'entre elles a été mémorable. Nous avons vu un nombre incroyable de requins et le corail de l'île Gato était à couper le souffle.

Les maîtres de plongée étaient tous très gentils et professionnels, rendant les plongées à la fois sûres et amusantes.

De plus, l'atmosphère du centre de plongée était vraiment agréable. Le bar est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et discuter avec les autres plongeurs après une journée passée sous l'eau. Je recommande vivement ce centre de plongée !

Après avoir effectué des centaines de plongées amusantes, TSD figure en bonne place sur ma liste. J'ai été impressionné par leurs normes de sécurité et leur professionnalisme. Un centre PADI 5 étoiles bien mérité. Chaque aspect de l'expérience de plongée, de la gestion de l'équipement à la programmation des plongées, a été méticuleusement organisé et exécuté. Leur équipe de divemasters (pour la plupart des locaux) et l'équipage du bateau font un excellent travail. Un grand merci à Damiano pour ses conseils et son encadrement

J'ai absolument adoré plonger et apprendre avec eux ! Des instructeurs très sympathiques, un très bon équipement et un environnement professionnel.

J'ai eu une excellente expérience avec thresher shark divers, tout le personnel était sympathique et accommodant, j'ai eu des transferts depuis et vers la ville de Cebu et la communication était excellente et n'a pas posé de problème. J'ai terminé mon AOW ici et mon instructeur (Thomas) ainsi que les dive masters que j'ai eus étaient très sympathiques, bien informés et m'ont aidé pour toutes les questions que j'avais. J'ai également reçu un t-shirt gratuit avec l'achèvement de mon AOW ! Ils ont ma recommandation ! J'espère y retourner à l'avenir !

Great dive shop. Great logistics. Huge spacious boats. Great people to hang around after dives. New equipment if you decide to rent. Good and intense schedule. Very good guides overall.

Special thanks to my shark dives guide of the first two days Junjie who did an extraordinary job in managing the crowds. I almost got kissed by multiple threshers. I don't think it would be possible without Junjie

We finished our open water certification here with Marvin and then completed additional thresher shark dives. Marvin and his team were fantastic and made us feel so safe. They’re also just really fun and friendly people. We had an amazing experience. Thank you for everything Marvin and team! The sharks, turtles and dolphins were an added bonus!

I had the most amazing experience with tsd! I went to do my Open Water course and ended up staying to get my Advanced as well. The tsd team is SO good at what they do, everyone is so welcoming, professional helpful and fun. My instructor made me feel prepared and safe underwater and I enjoyed every single dive. I cannot recommence tsd enough, I wish I could do it all again!
Also, diving in Malapascua is AMAZING, the thresher shark dives are stunning and and all the sites are full of beautiful coral and animals. It’s unreal.

I did one day of diving with TSD in Malapascua. I had a pay a $50 USD deposit before arriving to hold my spot and based on their pricing and reviews I expected a top notch experience. Unfortunately I was really turned off by their staff. I wasn’t welcomed in anyway or even acknowledged. I tried to check in the day before the dive and was completely ignored by the reception staff as I awkwardly sat there for 20 min until one of the dive masters walked in.

The diving itself was fine but when I went to pay, I had to wait in line for 45 minutes. Then they presented the bill with added fees for a dive I didn’t do and a torch I didn’t rent. Not to mention we could have done the same location, 3 dives with a different operator for the same price TSD was charging for 2. Overall, I would expect more for what I was paying and had a much better experience diving with a different operator the next day.

I had the best time for my first dive with Steven! Thank you so much for this moment (and the beers!)

I've stayed in Malapascua for almost a month, and it's hard to resume it all in a paragraph or two.

With TSD everything was perfectly managed, and the staff was professional and friendly.

My best way to say "Thank You" will be to return for a 2nd round this year.

I booked with this diveshop because i got a recommendation from a friend. I looked at the recommendations on google after i booked and was a little unsure wether i made the right choice but after diving with them i‘m so happy i didn‘t change! The staff is super friendly and helpful, all of them. Their equipment is new and in very good condition. The divemasters are very professional, give good briefings and try their best to show a lot of stuff(very successfully, we saw LOTS of threshers, a tigershark, seahorses, whitetips, the mandarin fish, pygmy seahorse and even more). The boat is nice aswell and the boatcrew very friendly and super helpful. All in all they might be a little more expensive than other shops on the island but definitely worth it ????????

Firstly, the admin staff have been incredible and managed my transfer from Moalboal to Malapascua and from Malapascua to Cebu flawlessly. They were extremely helpful and responsive.

Having said that, the people in charge of the diveshop created a pretty negative experience, in my opinion. On my first day, someone named Alverto handled all my paperwork. He was incredibly pushy about me doing the Padi deep diver course, which he was going to run despite the fact that I wasn't interested in it at all.

On the first dive at Kimud Shoal ( the Thresher site), my buddy, whom they paired me with and seemed really inexperienced, used up his air extremely quickly. When the divemaster checked in with us, he was at 100 bar while I was at 170. The total dive time for this, including the 3 min safety stop, was 36 mins - my shortest dive yet! Instead of switching the buddies around, I did my second dive with the same buddy. Luckily, we bumped into another group of divers from the company right before our safety stop, and I was able to have a slightly longer dive.

Later, Leon, the manager, asked me how my dive was. When I told him about this, he said "well sometimes we don't know until we get them underwater." Now... Let me be clear, I'm a rescue diver, and objectively, that statement is accurate. Having said that, Thresher Shark divers are by far the most expensive company to dive with. I would think that the response should be at least a tinge apologetic.

I also asked Leon if they were planning any dives at Gato or if they would be doing the 3 dive schedule of Monad Shoal, Kimud Shoal, and Kimud Shoal. Leon then told me that based on the weather, it was unlikely that they would be able to go to those places but that he would "try to schedule Gato on my last day of diving."

As a result of this, I switched to Atlas divers, who I would recommend instead. I will admit, when I went with them to Gato, the weather wasn't great, and the sea was quite rough, but not something it made sense to cancel dives over. Given how stunning Gato is them being so uncomital about going there is enough reason for me not to recommend them.

The last point I'd like to make is about the sunset dive for Mandrian Fish at Lighthouse. If you book that with Thresher Shark Divers, a minimum of two divers are required before they will actually do the dive. With Atlas, however, I did it twice, and both times, it was just me and my divemaster.

After my experience with them, a part of me wonders if the replies from the shop to negative reviews are correct and if they really implement the suggested changes. I'd also like to mention that someone I became friends with from doing a shore dive with them through Thresher Shark Divers who had significantly more issues than me with them.

Highly recommend TSD if you want a seamless and fuss-free dive trip covering Malapascua, Bohol and Moalboal. Andrea helped to liaise with the various dive centres and arrange for the transportation for each location.

TSD dive masters were professional and friendly, especially Mark and Tata. The crew and office staff were also very helpful. All in all, it was a great experience diving in TSD, if you don’t have to deal with the Manager, Leon, who is not fantastic in managing the dives and also like to make sarcastic comments which were not funny.

On one of the days, we booked for 3 dives at 8.30am and 1 dive at 2.30pm. Due to unforeseen delays on the 1st trip out, we only managed to return to the dive shop at 2.35pm. When we were returning to the dive shop, we saw the other dive boat leaving for the 2.30pm dive. The poor dive master who was assigned to us, was left behind at the dive shop, waiting for us to arrange with Leon on the next steps. When we approached Leon, he only said “I had to ask the other boat to go” and “kindly” offered us other options, which was to go on the night dive or end the day earlier. As we had other plans for the night, we had no choice but to end the day earlier, and do a night dive the next day, one day before we were supposed to depart malapascua. As a result, we had to leave with wet gears the following day.

As the manager of the dive shop, the basic expectation is for him to manage the dives that the shop are offering. Based on the timings stated on the registration sheets, we were able to make it back in time for the 2.30pm dive. Of course, there were unexpected delays, but shouldn’t he be managing this and offering a solution to resolve the issue, instead of just brushing us off with existing dives which we know of and didn’t want to register?

Thankfully, the other staff in TSD were very professional and were able to compensate for Leon’s lack-of service.

Great dive center!
We were there for a week and felt completely at ease. Our guides Mark, Junjie, Wilbert and Tata were all great and did an excellent job.
The organization in advance and on site was also great.
The dives at Kimud Shoal were fantastic, as were the macro dives.
We can highly recommend this dive center and will come again :)

Very unpleasant experience here. The business runs good dives (hard to screw up when the idea is "drop to where the threshers are") but will charge extra for whatever they can. Never been nickel and dimed in the dozens of other dive shops around the world.
