Un majordome est disponible par villa 24h/24 (pour les supérieures, 100 € par nuit en plus pour les standards) et peut vous conduire dans les moindres recoins de l'hôtel en voiturette : vers le spa, la salle de gym, le kids club, l'un des restaurants ou l'un des bars. Came to this hotel for our honeymoon.
Best hotel I’ve stayed in. Perfect location. The views are amazing. Right on the beach and best of both sand beaches and greenery. Loved the Tortoises!
Staff all so very helpful and welcoming.
From check in to check out was smooth.
Food was delicious and such a great selection.

Everything was smooth . Housekeeping team was amazing and kept everything clean.
The buggy team was very helpful getting us around the resort.
Bernie (Bernard) was amazing and very attentive. Always smiling and happy.

Christopher at the gift shop very kind and helpful. Knew his stuff about the shops. Friendly and welcoming

Un resort meraviglioso! Le ville sono spaziose ed eleganti, il patio con la piscina privata è un sogno. I servizi sono ottimi e si mangia benissimo in ogni ristorante. Potrebbe migliorare un po’ il servizio, che é ottimo ma non eccelle.

мы любим Сейшелы, ездим туда почти каждый год, большую часть времени остаемся на острове Иден, в этом году мы переоделись и остановились в Raffles, в целом мы были очень впечатлены этим местом, все там такие милые и гостеприимные
