I stayed for 3 days at this property. At first everything was nice and great.. but at the time of checkout.. to my surprise they charged irrational amounts which was not communicated to us. The owner even threatened to call the police if the amount is not settled (even though Mr. Amit said he would take care of the same at the time of check out). We left with very bad memories from this place.

Coming to the service.. they are under staffed so please expect very delayed services. I booked the property based on the reviews but from my experience, it seems that Amit and the owner must have requested the guests to leave good reviews. The property and the hospitality does not meet the expectations you will have post reading the reviews.

I regret staying here at this property and will never recommend it to anyone.

Per me è stata un’esperienza negativa
L’unica cosa positiva è il personale che è stato molto gentile a risolvermi come ha potuto e con i mezzi a disposizione i miei problemi
Non lo consiglio a nessuno anche xke nelle vicinanze c’è di meglio a pari prezzo collocati in centri abitati su spiagge fantastiche
Ho valuto il tutto con una senza stelle perché nn c’è la possibilità di mettere zero
Le recensioni nn sono in linea con quello che ho trovato

Bungalow en bord de mer. Des logements simples avec le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Vous avez le choix entre des Bungalows pour 2 mais aussi pour 5 personnes.
La piscine en bord de mer offre une vue splendide.
Le petit déjeuner continental est plus que correct (fruits, jus frais, gâteaux locaux, céréales, œufs, bacon, saucisse et plusieurs pains).
Possibilité de prendre la demi pension pour le repas du soir. Au vu des prix des resto sur Praslin, nous avons trouvé ça rentable. Chaque jours vous avez le choix entre 3 entrées, 3 plats, 3desserts. Les plats sont toujours très copieux et le cuisinier est vraiment excellent.
L'équipe est au petit soins et cherche toujours à vous faire plaisir.
L'hôtel se trouve à 5min en voiture de l'embarcadère à ferry.

Petit bémol (peut être pas pour d'autre) :connexion internet non disponible dans les chambres et qui fonctionne très peu.

Lieu très bien situé dans un coin de paradis terrestre
L'équipe est au petit soin est très arrangeant
Vous pouvez passer par eux pour les excursions
Juste faire attention aux prix des boissons, une bouteille de san Pellegrino revient à 15 euros

Endroit MAGNIFIQUE, impression d'être au bout du monde, un peu comme des robinsons. Nous avons logé 5 nuits dans un bungalow familiale très spacieux (2 chambres, 1 cuisine équipée). Très calme. WiFi ne fonctionne pas très bien dans les bungalows mais du coup assure une vraie déconnexion (pas au goût de mes enfants mais bon)
Restaurant sur place, merci à Piyal et Pasan pour le service, toujours aux petits soins et d'une grande gentillesse. Merci au chef Ruwan, qui fait une excellente cuisine. Nous avions pris la formule demi-pension, nous avions le choix entre 3 entrées, 3 repas principaux et 3 desserts mais on pouvait aussi commander autre chose dans la carte ou demander des adaptations. Merci spécial à Amit, toujours au petit soin et soucieux du bien être de ses résidents. Donne de bons conseils sur Praslin et excursions.

Very pleasant stay

Very warm welcome from all the staff who took great care of us. The site is large and well maintained, the swimming pool with a view of the ocean is very beautiful and we did not miss going to say hello to the turtles every day. The bungalows are simple but functional, everything you need to immerse yourself in nature, that's what we wanted. Front desk was helpful with advice on things to do in the area, excursions and booking the ferry for us. Internet connection accessible to the swimming pool and the restaurant and of good quality. The breakfast is complete and very good.

There is no other property/hotel that can compare to what we propose to our guests and our staff have a heart to serve, make happy, exceed guests expectations. When we fall short, we see this as an opportunity to improve and an opportunity to go a little further to maintain our commitment to each guest. La Buse Restaurant is an awarding winning restaurant, our Chef is absorbed with attention to details for each a la carte experience served. We stock only fresh fish, local lobsters, which are sweet in taste go well with a variety of sauce. Fish this season has been a stock of Yellow Fin Tuna, White Tuna, Grouper Bass, Red Snapper, sourced directly from our local fishing boats that fish the cleanest waters in the World, hence, allowing us to serve the freshest, tastiest fish in the world. Our processing in our kitchen insures the highest level of hygiene and discipline worthy of our guests expectations. For children we have adopted a special items menu and special prices. We remain committed to our guests insuring their holiday in Seychelles is memorable. Thank you, for such a fine review.
