Info: the guides speak multiple languages, Galina also speaks Italian. If you're not fluent in English, they might have a guide that does speak your native tongue!

Wir wurden von unserem Taxifahrer ans falsche Ziel gebracht und er fuhr einfach weg, obwohl wir ihm erklärten, dass er sich verfahren hat (natürlich hatte er von Beginn an die richtige Adresse).
Erschüttert von diesem Umstand teilten wird unsere Erfahrung unserer zugeteilten „Reiseleiterin“ Aida mit. Aida versicherte uns, dies zu klären und ignorierte danach jegliche Kontaktaufnahme. Höchst unprofessionell und fragwürdig. Bis heute werden wir von Aida ignoriert und haben keinerlei Unterstützung erhalten.
Ich kann Creole definitiv niemandem empfehlen!

Transfers, including ferry rides and buses, were plagued by delays, consuming valuable time that could have been better spent exploring the islands. The chosen lunch venue at Le Domaine De L’orngeraie, while intended to be a highlight, proved unwelcoming, treating us like an inconvenience for utilizing the restaurant as buffet guests rather than staying guests.
Adding to the frustration, our guide lacked the expected level of informativeness. While sharing some facts, there was a noticeable lack of communication regarding changes in the itinerary or reasons for delays. This lack of transparency added to the overall sense of disarray.
Sadly, this Creole Service tour seemed to prioritize transit over exploration, providing only a fleeting 20 minutes on the beach while the majority of the day was spent waiting around. We only spent less than 10 minutes looking at the tortoises. All in all, I find it hard to recommend this particular tour, as it fell short of delivering a worthwhile and enjoyable experience for me.
