Avis mitigé sur cette agence. Prix attractifs au premier abord mais arrivant sur place on vous vous conseille fortement l 'assurance pneus et bris de glace pour un cout de 15JOD pour 10 jours. Assurance qui est largement mois chère ou inclus chez les concurrents. Au final, le prix total de la location pour 10 jours nous a couté aussi chère qu'en passant par d'autres agences mondialement connues. Concernant le service et l'accueil en revanche, rien a dire c'était très bien. Nous avons eu un petit soucis, ils ont été très réactifs.

A great and serious Agency to trust in Jordan
I recommend 100% to book your car from Monte Carlo Agency which is located in few minutes from the airport…the team will pick you up there to the agency (as well for the return back) and will arrange formalities as quick as possible even if you arrive by night like we did. The agency and so the team is very serious and helpful !
Cars are modern, reliable, WiFi device was very helpful during our trip and services 24/7 was also great in case of any emergency (no needed but good to have it) We had no problems with the car and only had to put gasoline once during 10 days !

Très professionnels, nous avons loué un véhicule parfaitement équipé pour notre périple. J'ai signal au retour un pb avec le GPS , nous avons été remboursé en quelques jours et immédiatement concernant la caution. Je recommande vivement.

Best rental car company in Jordan
We went through Monte Carlo Rent A Car for our 2-week road trip in Jordan, and can recommend them to you with our eyes closed!
It's true that renting a car abroad is always a bit worrying (we are often afraid of scams) but please be reassured: Monte Carlo Rent A Car are among the most professional and honest car rental companies we have ever seen!
They were super punctual to pick us up at the airport when we landed, they gave us a superb car in very good condition, did the check up super seriously, and did not make any problem when we returned the car (which is unfortunately not always the case with other rental companies).
It's true that renting a car abroad is always a bit worrying (we are often afraid of scams) but please be reassured: Monte Carlo Rent A Car are among the most professional and honest car rental companies we have ever seen!

Renting a car at the MonteCarlo agency is a very positive experience and, in fact, a very simple process. You fill in the form via the website, all the information is sent to your email, you pick up the car at the agreed time at the agreed location. They are very flexible, you can change your pick-up location in the last moment. It is also very practical because they can be reached on WhatsApp all the time. 24/7. We asked if we can get back the car one hour later than agreed, and there was no problem at all, no extra pay. They also bring the car to you to the airport at your arrival. Overall a very positive experience and I highly recommend the MonteCarlo agency.

Best car rental in Jordan!
We rented our car with Monte Carlo for 9 days and it was the best decision of the trip.
The car was in perfect condition, the AC worked perfectly and we could charge our phones in the car. The car was also equiped with bluetooth which was great for the long drives. Overall we felt very safe in this car.
But most importantly was the kindness of Ayman and the whole staff. They helped us out without an hesitation if we had any question or inconvenience. The best customer service I have ever witnessed while travelling and a true representation of the jordanian hospitality.
I would recommend Monte Carlo to everyone coming to Jordan. The prices are accessible but the service is first class!

Nous sommes passées par cette agence de location suite à de nombreux avis lus sur internet. Une agence fiable, pas de mauvaise surprise et une équipe super et serviable! Prix raisonnable et service rapide, nous avons été prise en charge de notre arrivée à l’aéroport jusqu’à notre retour!

Monte carlo recommendation
We really recommend monte carlo car rental services. We rent the car for one week and everything was excellent, from the pick ups till the drop off. The car was in reasonable price and the quality was really good. We really enjoyed it. The staff working there is super helpful. Thanks a lot for everything!

Agence qui prend soin de ses clients
Bonjour,
Nous avons également loué une voiture chez Monte Carlo pour notre voyage de 10 jours en septembre. Ils viennent nous chercher à l'aéroport, la voiture nous attend là bas. En 1h tout est bouclé et on est prêt à partir !
Durant le voyage nous avons eu un accident ridicule lors de la sortie d'un parking, sans aucune égratinure de notre côté, la personne en face a quand même décidé de faire un constat. Nous avons donc appelé la police et le gérant de Monte Carlo. Il a tout pris en main, nous avons fait le constat, payé la franchise et nous avons été complètement remboursé par l'assurance.
Le manager a été d'une gentillesse incroyable et nous a suivi tout le long. A la fin de notre voyage, vers Wadi Rum, la clim nous a planté. Nous avons de nouveau contacté l'agence, et leur réactivité a été assez incroyable, durant la nuit, un employé de l'agence est venu d'Amman jusqu'à l'entrée de Wadi Rum pour nous laisser une nouvelle voiture (mieux que la précédente !) une clim fonctionnelle. Sans frais évidemment
Au final, nous avons payé 225€ pour 9 jours sans les pleins (l'essence n'est pas cher en Jordanie)
Je recommande les yeux fermés, c'est une agence qui se soucie peu de l'état des lieux ou de l'état de la voiture et prend soin de ses clients

Visiter la Jordanie en voiture est assez facile. Les routes sont parfois en mauvaises état mais les véhicules fournis par Monte Carlo compensent cela. 2 bureaux à Amman.

Pas de soucis, bon prix et excellente réactivité!
Nous avons loué une Kia pendant 7 jours. Hormis un retard à l'aéroport prévenu un peu tardivement, tout s'est bien passé. Ils vous récupèrent à l'aéroport et vous amène jusqu'à l'agence pour faire les papiers. La Kia était propre, en bon état de marche mais un peu rayée mais rien de bien méchant. Par contre, on a signalé que les pneus semblaient usés mais avec la nuit, on n'a pas trop insisté car on ne voyait pas trop. Le lendemain, on s'est rendu compte qu'un pneu était dégonflé et abimé. On a envoyé un message whatsApp au patron et 1h après on venait nous changer les 4 pneus! Bravo! Le tarif est compétitif et il ne nous ont fait aucun problème au retour ou avec la garantie (empreinte bancaire). Bref, on recommande! Par contre, faites attention au pompiste de "Gulf Essence" à côté, il vous arnaque niveau billet ("j'ai mis 2 fois 20!" alors qu'il n'a mis qu'1 fois 20...) mais même le loueur a essayé d'intervenir pour lui dire qu'il donnait une mauvaise image du pays!

I recommend this company to everyone for renting a car. On leaving, I went out for a coffee with the team from Montecar and talked stories.
