Avoid at all cost
Our trip with 3 Wonders was a complete disaster from start to finish. Here are the main issues we encountered:

Serengeti Entry Delay: We faced a frustrating 2-hour delay at the Serengeti entry due to incomplete paperwork, causing us to miss our evening game drive. This is there typical reason because they don’t pay the park fees and somehow expect to get around it. In some reviews, travelers have paid parks which is their strategy .

Grouped with Campers: We were grouped with campers, wasting our time waiting for their activities, which was not what we had signed up for.

Wasted Time in Serengeti: The next day, we were dropped at the campsite around 11 am for an early lunch, only for the driver to leave and return after 2.5 hours, wasting our time and ruining our experience.

Limited Game Drives: We had no game drive on the first day and only a short one on the morning of the second day, which was a huge letdown.

Terrible Safari Vehicle: The safari vehicle was in terrible condition, constantly breaking down and needing to be pushed by other vehicles.

Broken Passenger Door: The passenger door of the jeep was broken, creating a serious safety hazard.

Rude Driver: The driver was extremely rude, lacked information, and appeared upset with us for no reason, which was very frustrating.

Broken Radio: The jeep's radio was broken, preventing the driver from communicating with others to locate animals, making the safari pointless.

Missed Excursions: Our itinerary included excursions like the Olduvai Gorge museum, but there was no plan for these, which was incredibly disappointing.

Fuel Tank Hazard: The fuel tank in the jeep was broken, which was very dangerous. Despite this, the driver continued to drive the same jeep for three hours. It was late evening and dark, and we were in the deep jungle where wild animals roam. Anything could have happened to us, and the rescue jeep arrived very late.

Actually no one now books with 3 wonders because of bad reviews but in some cases your safari company might sell your booking to 3wonders. If your safari company assigns you to 3 Wonders, please don't go with them because you will die or get killed . No animals, this is more of driver/

Tips - don't pay by Cash and pauny credit card

Alles in allem also nur drei Sterne.

Be sure to avoid this travel agency, very bad experience, driver omari and chef danniel forced tips, the attitude was very bad, and the stipulated project did not fully materialize. In addition, the rules make us get up at 6 o 'clock, but the driver wasted too much time. Car is old, it's broken down on the road, and it's costing us too much time. The tent was cold at night. I wanted a mat, but the cook charged me $20. Be sure to avoid this travel agency!Everything, including cutlery, cushions and sleeping bags, was very dirty. The food was terrible

If I had seen reviews of this company I would have chosen ANY other operator for my 4 day safari, however I booked with an agent and did not realize they were working with 3 Wonders. The reviews here are sadly very accurate - broken equipment, poor (and rude) guides, and a completely awful experience. When you pay $200 a day to visit the Serengeti, you should spend more than 2 hours on a game drive, instead of being left at a camp site. Food was awful, not enough, and served much later than other groups. The vegetarian option that I was promised was simply “don’t eat the chicken” (so dinner was just a little bit of rice). Even when we arrived to the camp site very early at 4pm (other groups were on game drives until 7), we didn’t receive our dinner until 8:30, when the others had already gone to bed. Our guide refused to do the morning game drive and told us we couldn’t have breakfast until 7:30 (when the other groups had already packed up and left!) Tents had holes, sleeping bags reeked of urine, the truck was falling apart, and any questions for the guide were met with angry, rude responses. I reported this to the owner of 3 Wonders and he shrugged it all off, as if it is normal practice to provide such an awful experience. Because the “Serengeti permit was already paid for and couldn’t be refunded” - not that we even got to see the Serengeti!! Please, learn from the experience of myself and the others here, and book with ANY other company!! Don’t waste your time and money on this joke of a “safari”. The owner of this company should be ashamed of what they are doing.

We went on a 4-day safari including Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti National park and everything went perfect.
Ally has organised everything for us from arrival at the airport until we left again. Including transfers, hotel and safari.
During the safari, our guide Omari was always attentive to make our experience incredible, from his explanations, his accurate searches of the animals and everything always transmitting closeness and being very nice with a very good attitude. He explained the daily plannings and had everything well organised.
Talking about the meals, our chef Danniel for the 4 days has prepared tasty meals without missing anything, everything was very good. He always made sure we enjoyed the food and was attentive to our needs with a great attitude.
We have not had any problems with the camping equipment and the 4x4 has withstood the hard roads of the national parks.
Thank you for the whole experience which with Omari and Danniel has been spectacular. We will certainly not forget it!

We don't recommend this company. We paid for a full day in Tarangire NP and we ended up being in the park only 4 hours (half day). It was a shared safari.

They told us to be at the meeting point in Arusha at 7:30, so we were there at 7:15am. We waited maybe 20minutes before leaving the meeting point. Then, when we left, we had to put gas (because they didn't do it BEFORE), so we waited another 40 minutes there. After, we had to pick up the other group (it was quite far in the city and I don't know why they didn't come to the meeting point like we did), so we spent time going there. When we got there, the group was big so we waited for the other cars. Also, this group didn't know that they had to pack light (bad communication between the company and them), so they had to adjust their luggages. So, we waited more than 1 hour there. In short, we arrived in Tarangire at NOON (at 12 o'clock) and we left at 16:30. But it's not over, on our way back to Arusha we had to go in a different car, so we got off at a gas station and waited 1 hour alone.

Also, the lunch was very basic. The guide was not the nicest one we had met, let's put it this way.

It was not our first safari and we can say that it was the worst one!!

If you want to have the worst experience on a safari with dangerous driving, poor service, antiquated car and equipments, cramped vehicle, 4-hour late dinners (for one of which was actually provided by another group that pitied our situation), select 3 wonders, if you want your 200$/day to be well spent, go to any other travel agency :)

Don't go with 3 wonders! I would not recommend it at all.

Broken equipment (chairs, sleeping bags with no zip, tents with holes), poor organization (3h lunch, no dynamism), risky behavior (the driver had no tent not sleeping bag so did not sleep for 3 days).
Very packed car with a lot of problems (motor, windshield, wheels).
We had to build ourselves the tents, waiting 4h for food, doing very few game driving with the guide who had no knowledge of the wild life and did not bother stopping to see animals.

When confronting them, they did not acknowledge the poor service provided, although we all paid 200$/day/pers. for a zero level safari service, moreover putting our lives in danger with risky behavior (driving fast, equipment on the roof not secured, one door broken etc.)

There are plenty other companies who will do a lot better with the same amount of money!

Last weekend we went with a bunch of girls on a safari. We want to say thank you for everything. The guides arranged everything, if the car was stuck for a bit they solved the problem very quick. I really want to say thank you to Omar, you were a very kind and smart guide. Thank you for showing us the animals and the national parks.

Don't join this company. The whole trip was horrible. I paid a lot of money for a really bad service. I booked the trip with Shana Kilimanjaro tours and safaris in cooperation with Three wonders Expedition. The guide Elia didn't speak with us. He didn't introduce himself and told us nothing about the animals or where we're going. He was absolutely not professional and rude. He told a woman of my group that he doesn't like her and she should be quiet and stop speaking with him. The whole trip was the worst experience of my life so far. They told me that the max. amount of people in the car is 6. We were 7 clients, the driver and the chef. There was no space in the car. The windows were really dirty and the car was really old. The bonet of the firs jeep flew open while driving.
I tried to speak with the boss but all he said was: It's our fault. We had too many questions for the safari guide so he was confused....
Choose another safari agency. You will regret this trip with Three wonders Expedition.

Unprofessional, rude, not safe
There are many great companies offering safaris, just choose a different one.
Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience on my 3-day safari with kigelia tours in cooperation with Three Wonders Expedition.
The guide was unmotivated and nonfriendly, sometimes even rude and passive aggressive.
He didn’t introduce himself, he never talked about the plan for the day/ what’s next ec. (the itinerary we got beforehand was changed with no explanation) and also the bare minimum of what’s to see. When I tried to talk about the problem (the whole group was struggling with him) he told me: „I don’t like you, you talk too much. I am doing this for 20 years, that’s how it’s done.“
Next big problem: the Jeep. With the first Jeep the bonnet flew open while driving. The second Jeep, you could smell the brakes every time we were going slightly down hill and going up everybody was taking over. One time we stopped and the driver left but the car kept moving. I didn’t feel safe at all. Two seats were loose and you couldn’t open one of the big windows.
All in all communication even with the agency was horrible. I didn’t get any information beforehand. The day before, I tried asking them something, getting opposite answers via email and phone. I told them I have to organize something and they only got back to me at 9pm the night before. They picked me up 30min early, stressing me I have to be ready now.
There are many great safari agencies out there, just pick a different one.

We've booked a 5 days safari through our hostel and ended up with this company - really CAN'T RECOMMEND IT. The car was falling a part (cables hold together with tapes, empty fuel, starting problems), organization and communication were lacking (made us get up at 5:30am,startet after 9am, nobody knew or told us the schedule even after asking, drivers changing during the trip), no professional guides at all, we were always the lasts departing, on the way back it took us forever and we had to pay the police for fuel.

We have no problems with camping or basic equipment, but this was simply highly unprofessional. And we paid like a month salary each for it!!

ADJUNTAMOS FOTOS
