Tolles Hotel, mit kleinen Abzügen.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne und moderne Anlage. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Auch der Pool bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Der Hotelmanager hat alles sehr gut im Blick und ist bemüht deine Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Essen ist lecker.

Wir hätten leider auch ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge:
- die Zimmer sind relativ hellhörig, wenn der Nachbar seine Klimaanlage anhat, hört man sie die ganze Nacht brummen. Auch waren sehr große Familien im Hotel, die man nachts immer wieder hörte.
- am Strand sitzen dauerhaft Verkäufer, die einen auch sofort anquatschen. Das ist wirklich sehr schade. Wir sind deshalb ungerne an den Strand gegangen. Oft hat man diese auch sehr laut bis zum Pool sprechen gehört. (Ich weiß, es ist ein öffentlicher Strand, aber die meisten davon gehören offensichtlich zum Hotel.)
- der Service könnte noch netter und aufmerksamer sein. Es gab aber auch einige, die das super gemacht haben (z.B. Joto Bar Kellner).
- beim Dessert ist noch Luft nach oben. Auch beim Mittagessen könnten noch mehr vegetarische und vegane Alternativen vorhanden sein. Sonst muss man jeden Tag die gleiche Vorspeise essen.

Danke trotzdem für den schönen Urlaub. Es sind wirklich ein paar Kleinigkeiten die verbessert werden sollten. ????

The moment you step into the hotel you know you have arrived to paradise and you know that you will have the most relaxing time ever. The simple beauty of the hotel blends perfectly with nature and it is very compact. The food and drinks were excellent, best food we ever had in an all inclusive hotel. The rooms were very romantic and clean and the service was exceptional. Unfortunately we only stayed here for 2 nights but we made the most of it. We would definitely recommend sailing to the coral reefs in the morning to swim with the fishes and find surreal starfish. We walked along the coast and we thought our hotel was the best decision. This is the perfect spot for couples looking for a relaxing romantic getaway, but there are also so many activities you can do around Zanzibar if you want to stay long, so you’ll never get bored. We had difficulty leaving this paradise but it will stay with us forever. The beauty and sincerity of everything had an amazing impact on our lives and our relationship. We thank each and every member of the team for giving us this unforgettable experience.

The hotel is nice and the swimming pool and room are ok.
the beach towels are stained and they have wooden carts so you can sleep good at nights.
On the other hand the Staff has some problems, they move to " pole pole", you are waiting for you food and drinks to much.
If you don't give them tips for everything they will make sure you will, we had with us someone ho dosen't speak good english and the bartenders for the swimming pool bar takes advantage of this and make him pay a so called tip of 40 $.
They promise breakfast to go because we left early in the morning didn't get it.

A cold towel and refreshing welcome drink were offered, which was a perfect touch after a long journey. The staff also provided a map of the property, highlighting the various facilities and dining options available.

Accommodation:
I stayed in one of their ocean-view suites, and the moment I opened the door to my room, I was blown away. The suite was impeccably clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking; I could see the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean stretching out as far as the eye could see. The room was equipped with all the modern amenities one could wish for, including a comfortable king-sized bed, a well-stocked mini-bar, and a luxurious bathroom with a deep soaking tub and a separate rainfall shower.

Dining:
Zanbluu Beach Hotel boasts an array of dining options, and I made it a point to try them all during my stay. The breakfast buffet at the main restaurant was a highlight, offering a wide selection of both local and international dishes, freshly squeezed juices, and delicious pastries. The seafood at the beachfront restaurant was a particular standout, with the catch of the day grilled to perfection. The hotel also had a lovely bar where I enjoyed evening cocktails while watching the sunset – an unforgettable experience.

Service:
What truly sets Zanbluu Beach Hotel apart is its exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. From the attentive housekeeping ensuring my room was always in pristine condition to the concierge staff who helped arrange day trips and activities, every team member I encountered was genuinely dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction. Special mention to the spa staff for a rejuvenating massage that melted away all my stress.

Amenities:
The hotel offers a range of amenities to keep guests entertained, including a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the beach, a well-equipped fitness center, and a serene spa. The property also offers water sports activities, and I had a blast snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters of the nearby coral reefs.

Zanbluu Beach Hotel enjoys a prime location on a stunning stretch of coastline. It's far enough from the bustling tourist areas to offer tranquility but still within easy reach of local attractions. The hotel also arranged a day trip to a nearby island, which was a highlight of my visit.

The combination of luxurious accommodations, top-notch service, and an idyllic location made it a truly unforgettable experience. Amazing place! Feels like paradise

Toller Pool mit Aussicht auf das Meer, super netter Manager, der uns bei allen Anliegen geholfen hat, bequeme Betten, wer etwas Ruhe sucht… ist hier genau richtig! Bei Ebbe kann man am Strand spazieren und bei Flut ins Meer. Und hat es sehr gut gefallen, so dass wir verlängert haben.

Beautiful beach resort with lovely lodges and a stunning infinity pool with sea view. Even when there’s the high tide, you can still enjoy the beach with sun beds and umbrellas.
Welcoming and caring staff, the restaurant offers a fixed menu for breakfast and lunch and a different dinner menu every night, with frequent live performances.
Delicious food and also very well presented, although I would increase veg options in the lunch menu.
Quiet, elegant, small, it stands out among other “more mainstream” facilities in Kiwengwa.
I recommend it for couples for a relaxing holiday.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in dem man sich wie im Paradies fühlen kann. Jedes Zimmer ist in einem eigenen, großzügig geschnittenen Häuschen. Es gibt sogar eine Außendusche. Highlight des Hotels ist der herrliche Pool mit Ausblick aufs Meer. Trotz voller Belegung war es immer sehr ruhig.
Das Restaurant bietet jeden Abend ein wechseldes Gängemenü. Die Speisen waren meist schmackhaft, leider war es manchmal schwer für die Kinder etwas zu finden. Hier wäre eine kleine Auswahl an Kindergerichten super.
Das Manko des Hotels ist die abgelegene Lage. Bis zum nächsten Restaurant ist es recht weit zu laufen und nur bei Ebbe am Strand entlang möglich. Ansonsten hat der Ort nicht viel zu bieten.

Wunderschöne Zeit hier das Essen ist super ???? auch die Kids haben was gefunden. Wunderschöne Anlage alles sehr entspannt und toller Service ????

Amazing hotel in Kiwengwa on the main Island of Zanzibar (Unguja). The staff is great while not being invasive, everything is made so that you are comfortable at all times. Every corner of the hotel is beautiful and cosy, the rooms with private pool are amazing, the restaurant is very good and there are live shows at night every two days or so. We had a dreamy and out of time stay there, asante sana to the whole staff!

Sehr schöne Anlage ,und sehr gepflegt. Personal war aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Grosse Zimmer mit herrlicher Aussicht.
Essen war sehr gut. Nach sieben Tagen wird es dann doch etwas langweilig, weil es exakt wieder die selben Menus gibt. Die Optionen beim Frühstück waren etwas dürftig.
Die Aufführungen während des Abendessen waren zu häufig und anstrengend .

Absolutely everything is perfect. The view is spectacular, the food is delicious, the staff are friendly and the beach is pristine.

The restaurant offers a fine dining experience with a unique menu every single night. There is live entertainment most nights.

The beach is private and quiet. At low tide, it is perfect for long, peaceful walks, and it is great for swimming at high tide.

We hosted about 25 guests for our wedding and we could not be happier that we chose Zanbluu. Everything was amazing!!! The manager, Martin, went out of his way to ensure every detail was perfect and that all of our guests were well taken care of.

Honestly, do not even waste your time looking elsewhere.

Friends of ours stayed in another resort nearby, and they were so bleak when they visited us.

Wir verbrachten schöne Tage im wunderschönen Zanbluu-Hotel im afrikanischen Stil.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets bemüht jeglichen Wunsch zu erfüllen. Es war eine lockere und sehr schöne Atmosphäre dort, die zum verweilen einlädt.

Wir hatten ein Bungalow direkt am Wasser mit eigenem Pool und das war ganz toll und würden wir immer wieder so buchen. Was wir besonders toll fanden, während unserem Abendessen haben die das Zimmer „Bett-Fertig“ gemacht und alles nochmal grob aufgeräumt - ein ganz tolles Service.

Wir würden jederzeit das Hotel wieder buchen und natürlich auch empfehlen!

Kleine Bungalowanlage an der Ostküste Sansibars. Gute Ausstattung, toller Service und sehr gute Gastronomie.
Hier kann jeder ausspannen, relaxen und sich verwöhnen lassen (keine Disco, wenig Animation).

Thoroughly enjoyed a 2 night stay with our 1 year old and family. The hotel is simply beautiful. The beachfront rooms were ravishing and they provided a crib for our baby which was very thoughtful. My wife and I, along with our parents were very pleased with our stay and wish we spent even more time bonding and relaxing at Zanbluu. The views are breathtaking!
