여행의 하루를 날렸습니다.
여행을 많이 다녀봤지만 이런 최악의 숙소를 처음 경험해봅니다.
전기의 지속적인 끊김,에어컨이 작동하지만 바람이 시원하지않아 밖에보다 방 안이 더 덥고,방은 온통 침대까지 개미가 기어다니며 불도 제대로 들어오질 않아서 대낮에도 엄청 어둡습니다.
방을 변경해달라 요청했지만 알겠다고의 대답만 수차례, 모른척 도망만 다니더군요
알겠다는 대답만 믿고 저녁 6시가 다 되어서 참다참다 도저히 못참겠어서 항의를 했더니 웃으며 뭐가 문제냐는 말에 화가났습니다.
근데 그 때 매니져인지 하는 분이 나타나더니 무슨일이냐 묻길래 설명을 했더니 이 직원의 일은 웃는거고 직원보고 넌 잘하고있다고 하네요?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
손님한테 사과가 먼저 아닌가요 , 사과 한마디 조차 없더군요 사장이란 사람은 무슨 생각으로 저런직원들을 쓰는지 이해가 안되네요. 숙소 관리도 못하는 사장이라면 충분히 그럴수도 있겠다 생각도 들고요
결국 다른 방으로 바꿔줬지만 똑같은 컨디션이라 바로 호텔 전 비용 버리고 다른 호텔로 옮겼습니다
정말 정말로 말씀드리는데 이 호텔에 절대 묵지마세요, 괜찮을꺼라는 생각은 접어두세요
여행의 모든 부분을 망칠겁니다
근처에 좋은 호텔 많으니 다른대로 예약하셔서 저 같은 피해를 안보셨으면 좋겠습니다

드라이기 하다못해 물도 없고 에어컨이 안되는데 대처도 못하고 뭐가 좋은지 웃기만하는 직원에 개미나 온갖벌레천국에 샤워시설은 한국 여관방보다 못한 시설이며 심지어 공용이네요 ㅎㅎ 방업그레이드도 안된다 선풍기도 안된다 말하다말고 어디를 자꾸 도망가는지 대처도 못하는 직원에 정말 많은 여행을 다녔지만 이런 최악인 호텔은 처음입니다 호텔이라는 명칭이 아깝네요 좋다는사람이 왜 좋았는지는 모르겠지만 비슷한금액대 호텔 주변에 널렸으니 제발 다른곳으로 가세요 예약한거 버리고 저희도 다른호텔 예약해서 옮겼습니다 특히 매니져라는 러시아계 유럽인 여자는 매우 무례하며 불편사항을 이야기하는데 해결은 못하고 웃고떠들며 즐거워합니다 정말 서비스라는 단어자체를 모르는 바보들이더군요????
제발 나는 괜찮겠지 라는 생각하지마시고 다른호텔 이용하세요 ^^

The owner/ manager (I think she is Russian or eastern European) is extremely rude! If you want an authentic Tanzanian experience with kind staff stay away from here.

They shouldn't be allowed to list the Air Conditioning as it doesn't work! Mattress is hard as a rock. Does anyone like bedbugs? I was going to leave early and really regret my decision to stay. Night was non refundable, but it still would have been worth it to pay for a room that could be comfortably slept in. They promise to move me to a better room, but it turns out to be worse.

Muchos problemas desde el primer dia, no les había llegado mi reserva y me tuvieron que ubicar en otro hotel una noche, luego las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear, la piscina le falta limpieza, las habitaciones muchísimo calor ???? ya que los aires no enfrían porque no tienen carga del frío y lo peor que encima se va la luz cada día a todas horas algo que pasa en Zanzíbar, pero por la noche te mueres de calor en el zulo de habitaciones....45 euros la noche no lo recomiendo...

Great stay thanks to the kind staff, the ideal location, and nice outdoor areas. Beautiful pool and garden, and a nice elevated dining area. The rooms are simple, but well kept by the housekeepers. The staff put on a barbecue party for us the last day, with fantastic local food, music, and dance. Thanks for the stay, regards from Norway.

La peor noche que pasamos en todo el viaje, la cerradura no funcionaba, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, el baño no tenía presión, la habitación era un horno, el agua no tenia presion, no funcionaba el WiFi y no estaba a 30 metros de la playa, eran 300 metros y por un camino oscuro y todo sucio. El personal nunca hizo nada para ayudarnos, nos tuvimos que ir antes porque no se podía estar.
Los cortes de luz son muy normales en la isla y no tienen generador eléctrico. Dormimos con 40 grados de térmica, si es que pudimos dormir algo.
No registraron nuestro check in, por lo que aparece como que nunca nos hospedamos allí, así que están estafando a booking también y no fuimos los únicos a los que nos hicieron esto.
Háganse un favor y no se hospeden aca.

Mały hotelik, pokoje skromne, śniadania to jajka w różnej postaci(omlet, jajecznica) i owoce, kawa, herbata. Bardzo blisko plaża rewelacyjna dla kajtowców.

This place is shocking. Towels dirty , toilets stained and to top it all our room was broken into , we lost cellphone, bag ,money and jewelery. The owner is not hands on . She was there and did nothing. I don't normally give bad reviews but this place is kak. They act dumb with the ac and lights . Ut it does not work, when u complain they will say be sorted bow now.Don't support them they have no idea on service , if u in doubt look at the flies in the kitchen. Even the sign on front of building is kak. After we were robbed ,we went to police, only wen they came to look and found some of our stuff in bush did Raymond kick into gear , as for that owner of that place . I wish I could rate her but I don't think u allowed to give-10

The worst of them all !!!! We came to the hotel , we had booked a beachfront room , we came to
Zanzibar 23:00 o clock and the manager started to telling us lies that the ac doesn’t work and we have to change the Hotel cause they don’t have rooms , he drove us drunk to a bad hotel and because we didn’t want to stay there he left us in the middle of the night! Don’t support that kind of businesses!!!!!

Where only in Paje for one night, Paid 171 dollars for a 4 bed room With A/C, A/C did not work and had no water the pool was our only option!! staff were aware of this issue and did not inform us of this issue. Rough nights sleep. Fans barely work as well. People in other rooms opted to sleep on the sunbed by the pool rather than their room. Would not suggest staying here, location isn't everything.

Ottima posizione, si trova a 2 passi dalla spiaggia di Paje, in una zona tranquilla. c'è una piscina piccola ma molto carina, ed accessibile in qualsiasi momento. Il cibo è tipico e molto buono.
Peccato per la pulizia che purtroppo non sembrava essere delle migliori.
Tutto sommato lo consiglio a chi non vuole andare nei soliti villaggi europei

Hned po příjezdu jsme hledali nové ubytovaní, tudíž jsme tu vydrželi dvě noci. Koupelna smrděla po moči, navíc sprcha byla pod nízkým tlakem. Klimatizace podle majitele fungovala, ano až po té co jsme si zapnuli zvenku jistič, ale to nám personál vypnul, když zjistili, že je u nás zaplá.
Moskytiera též nesplňovala, to co měla. V první den jsme šli na oběd, restaurace prázdná a na jídlo jsme čekali hodinu. Možná jsme nároční, ale nám se tu vůbec nelíbilo
Navíc výpadek proudu každých 10 minut. Za tuto cenu seženete daleko lepší a v mnohem lepší lokalitě

Vše nas sklamalo ubytování zanedbávané . Obsluha pomalá - na jídlo jsme čekaly hodinu a půl a to tu nikdo nebyl. Klimatizace na pokoji byla vypnutá u venkovní jednotky ale nám bylo řečeno že funguje. Stále vypadává proud . Po příjezdu jsme hledali jiné ubytování ale hned nebylo volné tak jsme museli dvě noci vydržet ????

La nourriture est très bonne, le personnel hyper sympathique!! Localisation top. Calme sauf a l'appel de la prière tôt le matin.
Par contre nous avions pris un bungalow Deluxe mais grande déception, le matelas est extrêmement inconfortable, la douche sans pression, bungalow non refait ni les menuiseries.
Les autres bungalows ont de meilleures finitions et des menuiseries dignes de ce nom.
Très déçu de la chambre surtout avec le supplément deluxe, je déconseille le Deluxe !!
