Would stay here again next time i visit barcelona
Reception staff were welcoming and helpful on check in
Our room was beautiful, seems a lot better and bigger than the photos
Very clean facilities and functional kitchen. Beds were comfortable.
Location probs cant get much better anywhere else-2mins walk to metro, or you can just walk along passeig de gracia and shop along the way
Given the location and staff on site, it felt very safe.

Five stars for service from all the staff and particularly, Monica. She went above and beyond to help my family get an extra night stay due to flight cancellations. She deserves a promotion for all she does.

Carlos was also amazing with assisting us.

The location is superb and the apartment very elegant. The facade is a significant architectural feature on the outside and inside. The view of Casa Mia is a plus as is the rooftop terrace.

We will be recommending Suites Avenue to everyone!

Great location and they went over and above and if you ever get to use room 85 go for it as you have just incredible views.

Le rapport qualité prix très élevé! Vous payez clairement un emplacement…
Attention, si la taille de votre véhicule est supérieure à un SUV vous risquez de ne pas pouvoir en bénéficier (places plus qu’étroites!), la nuitée pour la voiture vous coûtera 35€, excessif, il vaut mieux stationner dans un parking sous terrain à proximité (en face) et moins honéreux!
Propreté qui laissait à désirer à notre arrivée, mieux lorsque nous avons demandé le ménage deux jours après. Chambre située au 2eme étage et très mal insonorisée! Bruits des canalisations de la chambre du dessus. Vous entendez le métro toutes les 4/5 minutes environ des 5h du matin et ce jusqu’à la fin des trajets de nuit de ce dernier!
Enfin, nous avons été réveillés par des bruits de travaux contre le mur où était la tête de lit (marteau piqueur, marteau etc…) deux jours durant (fin de notre séjour et heureusement !)
Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement et n’y reviendrons certainement pas !

Terrible experiencia, nos quedamos en unas de sus suites y nos desaparecieron unas cosas de valor y documentación que estaban en una bolsa, desaparecieron, de acuerdo al hotel el equipo de limpieza pensó que era basura y lo tiraron, sin ninguna explicación más. Entonces de acuerdo al hotel pueden coger cualquier cosa y simplemente decir que pensaban que era basura?

Terrible experience, we stayed In one of their suites and some of our belongings of value and documentation that were in a bag dissaperaed, and according to the hotel the cleaning stuff probably thought it was garbage and threw it out, without any more explanation. So according to the hotel, they could take anything and just claim they thought it was garbage?

Отличный отель! Чистота, приятный запах, отзывчивый персонал. Местоположение супер! Апартаменты оснащены абсолютно всем необходимым. Приехали в феврале и следует отметить, что в номерах очень тепло, уютно. Рекомендую всем друзьям и знакомым, кто захочет посетить этот прекрасный город! Спасибо Suites Avenue ❤️

Incredible aparthotel right in the centre of Barcelona. I felt incredibly safe there as a solo traveller and the area was busy and well lit. The apartment was spotlessly clean and every member of staff I met was so friendly and helpful. One of the nicest teams I have come across in my travels, an extra shout out to Carlos who gave me plenty of advice in navigating the city and always welcomed everyone with a smile!

그라시아 거리 카사밀라 건너편에 위치한 아파트먼트 숙소입니다. 카사밀라, 카사바트요, 카사아틀리에 등 유명한 건물들이 걸어서 5분안에 위치해 있고, 1층엔 무려 에르메스와 베르사체, 펜디 매장이 있습니다. (그라시아 거리는 양쪽으로 명품매장이 즐비합니다)
방음은 조금 안되는 편입니다.
치약칫솔 제외 모든 어매니티가 제공됩니다.

Desde hace tiempo que me hospedo en este hotel, pero desde hoy será la última vez, el servicio, mantenimiento de las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear, pero lo peor es la atención al cliente sin apenas respetar apenas el tiempo de salida, pero lo peor de verdad, el jefe de recepción, un tal Javier, un auténtico impresentable, gracias a él nunca volveré a ese hotel, una auténtica lástima!

Bellissima posizione. Appartamento un po’ datato e troppo caro per quello che offre. Comodo perché dotato di lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Per il resto bagno cieco e senza porta, scomodissimo, senza scopino del water. È capitato più volte che le donne delle pulizie alle 8 del mattino suonassero il campanello mentre dormivamo ed entrassero in camera per pulire.. inaccettabile. Mai successo prima. Inoltre per due giorni ( il 2 di gennaio) alle 8 del mattino hanno iniziato a fare i lavori nel palazzo di fianco. Trapani, martelli pneumatici come averli in camera. Alle nostre proteste alla reception ci hanno detto che non dipendeva da loro. Non molto rilassante insomma. Se l’appartamento è nel lato ascensori verrai disturbato anche da quel rumore di mattina, pomeriggio e notte. Non ci torneremo.
