Fantastic day out on the reef on Friday on Ocean Freedom. Family day for us with our daughter and her family up from Sydney.
The weather that day wasn’t the best but Mike and his crew made it worth the trip. Really well looked after all day, diving, snorkeling and watching the giant trevally getting chased around by a friendly barracuda. Super day out for all.

A+++++. must do for sure, this company is AMAZING! everything was great. The tour is very well planned and it has all you need. The stunning waters, great boat and a fantastic crew! I really liked it and i felt that every passenger was treated with respect and not rushed. Waves are cool, fishes are fun, ride is awesome!

An excellent experience! Crew was amazing and very helpful! We are a family of 3 and our sone is 5 years old who was snorkling for the first time in his life. The Crew was so helpful and friendly and attentive, i greatly appreciate them! The boat is nice, the natural aspect was as expected with fishes and reel corals. It's very cool once in a life time experience! You get to do a glass boat as well and a wild fish feeding! Great Time and truly worth the money! THANK YOU!

Excellent day. Staff were very friendly and helpful and worked hard as a team throughout the day to make our day very memorable.
Weather was marginal today and they adapted so that we could enjoy the reef.

I absolutely loved my trip on the Ocean Free sailboat tour! It was my first time snorkeling and first trip to the great barrier reef. I feel so blessed to have been on an intimate group tour; the Ocean Free can take up to 25 people on board and we had a group of 6! The guides were amazing, they made you feel safe and included in all the activities. The food on board was so yummy and you certainly won’t go hungry (there’s breakfast, lunch, multiple snacks, fruits, sweets, and wine!). The coral that we toured was vibrant and full of life, our group saw reef sharks, sea turtles, schools of fish, giant clams, etc. The boat also stopped over at Green Island for a couple hours.. steer clear from the crocodile exhibit, it is giving the same vibes as Sea World (iykyk). I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an intimate experience, the only downside is there were no photographers on board, but you can always take a trip down to Calypso Reef Imagery and Underwater Camera Hire for a GoPro rental :)

Great trip. Well organized and attentive crew. Did a certified dive and snorkeled. Dive was good, but snorkelling was terrific. Saw sharks (small ones), turtles, rays and lots of reef fish. Nice lunch and lots of snacks. Comfortable seating.

Spent the day on Ocean Free Sailing boat out to Green Island today. It was an awesome day, awesome crew and fantastic experience. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to bypass the crowds for a more unique sailing and snorkeling experience. Crew couldn’t be more helpful, snorkeling was great, food was great and will be back at some stage to do again. Thanks crew for looking after us and making the day full of fun (even got to sail the boat for a while).

Amazing trip, friendly crew, seafood at lunch are so fresh and delicious plus snacks and fruits throughout the day. I went on the cruise by myself, the team actively checked on me during the snorkeling, so responsible. Highly recommend!!

My partner and I sailed with Paul, Ana, and Jan on the Ocean Free yesterday and were amazed and impressed by the personalized care and kindness that the team provided! Each individual made us feel like family and every effort was made to ensure that we had a wonderful experience. We cannot recommend this team and this company enough. Amazing experience with the best staff. Weather was unfortunate but we still had a fab day. I did the intro scuba dive and Rose in particular really helped me overcome my fears and convinced me to do the dive - I’m so glad she put my mind at ease as it was so fun. Best experience would highly recommend.

It's been 2 months since I was on the Ocean Free and I'm still talking about it every day. First, in a huge industry of reef tours with huge boats stuffed with passengers, the Ocean Free was the experience I was looking for -- I think there were only 12 passengers and 3 crew (shout out to Skipper Jan and amazing crew members Yaya and T). I was extraordinarily lucky that I was the only one on the boat who was diving (all others were snorkeling), so I had the absolutely BEST dives with Yaya who took such good care of me (I'm an intro diver) and we had so much fun seeing such abundant sea life around the Green Island reefs. (Seriously, Yaya -- you're AMAZING!!!!) I even got to do a little extra snorkeling in between dives which was wonderful. The quick trip over to Green Island was nice and it is pretty there, but if I had to do it again, I would have stayed in the water the whole time instead. I don't remember what we ate, but I remember it was good, and I was very thankful for the fresh fruit which was a refreshing treat after diving. On the way home, Yaya and T were playing DJ and everyone on board was having a blast, dancing and singing along with them the whole way, finishing with a very energetic rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody as we pulled into the dock. It was the absolute perfect day.

Incredible taster scuba diving experience with Lucy, felt very safe with her and she pointed out the most amazing sea life, including turtles, white tip shark and beautiful fish. Best experience.

Literally the best thing I've ever done.
Staff could not have been better, they are helpful, kind, non- judgmental and friendly.
During the snorkeling saw barracuda and sea turtle as well as usual 'finding nemo' suspects
Cannot recommend highly enough.

Great trip! Highly recommend! The skipper and crew were awesome made the whole adventure worth whilr! The snorkeling in the reef was great, Kelly took us out for a "tour" and pointed out everything! Truly had an amazing time

This tour was absolutely amazing, I HIGHLY recommend!
The crew took great care of us, they chatted and educated us about the reef & the boat, and were so helpful with our snorkel gear.
The glass bottomed boat tour led by Jenn was wonderful, she's so friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you to the entire crew from Charlotte in the galley, skipper Ben, and the entire team for making our trip so memorable!

Great experience. The crew was great and very helpful in guiding everyone. Food was good and they provided multiple snacks - cakes, cookies, nuts, fresh fruits- on the way back. Well worth your money!

Incredible experience and service with Ocean Free. It was our first time visiting the reef and I’m glad we sailed there. Very hospitable and attentive crew. They have a special mooring off Green Island away from the crowds. It allows you to explore the beautiful reef and its marine life with plenty of time and space. I would highly recommend them versus the other bigger companies.

Service

Ocean Free et Ocean Freedom sont deux tours exceptionnels. Ocean Free permet de découvrir Green Island et de passer une journée en voilier sur la grande Barrière de Corail. Ce tour se fait en petit comité ce qui permet une plus grande proximité entre les différents passagers et le staff. Ocean Freedom permet de faire du snorkeling et de la plongée sur deux sites magnifiques. Pouvoir aller sur Upolu Cay a été pour moi une des meilleures choses de ce tour. Cette plage au milieu de l’océan est un endroit extraordinaire.

Magnifique croisière. La journée est très bien organisée et le personnel est accueillant. Le snorkeling était super, on a même vu des reef sharks et l'île est vraiment très jolie.
