A welcome that left much to be desired ???? but the tone changed as we went along.

I just have one question: Are you going to let my husband drink this beer that's been out of date since December 2023?!

There are a lot of questions????
The first beer I didn't check, but the second beer I just happened to look at the date.
"I said to my husband, but your beer's been out of date for 3 months!!!..."

I know that you offered the beer to my husband when he paid the bill, but I can tell you that it's forbidden to serve expired drinks to customers. Especially in a renowned hotel restaurant bar like yours!!!! I know you don't give a damn about my opinion, but you should know that we're paying for it anyway and I don't think you'd appreciate someone doing the same to you.

In any case, thank you, but in the future we won't be as interested in coming to an establishment like this because it's always the same old story.

Me alojé en dos diferentes oportunidades. En ambos casos la experiencia fue maravillosa.
Soy miembro Marriott Bonvoy y particularmente en este hotel me hacen sentir siempre bienvenido.
Las habitaciones son fantásticas, la ubicación es excelente, pero lo mas destacado es la atención del personal.
El staff es super amable, muy profesional y absolutamente servicial.
Es lo que hace la diferencia para que unas vacaciones en Costa Esmeralda sean perfectas.
IMPERDIBLE.

Ho lavorato tanti anni fa e ho fatto una notte da cliente. Cucina fenomenale, vi assicuro che i cuochi dentro le cucine rispettano i controlli haccp. Albergo che ha tre ristoranti , quella che da sulla piazzetta di Porto Cervo, Al Pescatore e il Pomodoro. Anche ottima posizione per visitare altre locale, Bahia Sardinia, San Pantaleo ecc

Precioso hotel en un entorno magnifico, en un pueblo con encanto, bien diseñado y muy cuidado. Tiendas de lujo en bonitas calles y un magnifico puerto deportivo.

We stayed at Cervo Hotel for two nights and it was awesome! The private beach was super chill, and the restaurant had some really good food. The people working there were super nice and everything was well-organized. Plus, they sent a birthday cake to my husband, which was a really cool surprise, very thoughtful :) . We're definitely going back!

Mi son recato con mia moglie per il nostro anniversario di nozze, che dire? Tutto stupendo!

Il personale è educato, simpatico e gentile con tutti dove parlano fluentemente varie lingue. Le stanze son molto comode ed accessoriate come un vero 5 stelle dovrebbe essere ( dispongono anche di un phone per capelli decente ). Il cocktail bar prepara il miglior BELLINI della sardegna oltre ad altri drink che son deliziosi.

Piscina pulita con palestra annessa, dove noi abbiamo anche mangiato ( cucina molto piacevole ).

Insomma, ogni soldo è ben speso dentro il Cervo Hotel!
