Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und werden täglich gereinigt. Es gibt ausserdem vor allem im Bad viel Ablagefläche. Die Mitarbeiter*innen sind sehr freundlich und engagiert. Wir haben sehr gute Tipps für die umliegenden Inseln und die lokale Gastronomie erhalten. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und Restaurants, der Hafen, Strände und ein gratis Parkplatz sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Am Frühstücksbuffet gibt es frisches Obst und Gebäck, einzige Kritik - der der Kaffee kommt leider aus dem Vollautomaten.

Hôtel proche du port et des rues animées de la ville. Nous avons laissé la voiture sur le grand parking devant l'hôtel pour un prix raisonnable de 5€. Cet hôtel est très bien entretenu. Tout nous a paru comme fraîchement rénové avec beaucoup de goût et propre. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient spacieuses, confortables et bien insonorisées. Nous avons profité du bar pour boire de bons cocktails. Nous sommes ravis de cette expérience.

Authentic hotel, Perfect location, great value for money, outstanding team and manager, romantic suite view, free parking in front of you, in front of the port, what do you need more. If I can give more than 10/10 i will do.
My regards to the manager who can speak in Arabic and to the team who suggested me to visit really great beaches in Sardinia.
Will come back again from Saudi ???????? to Sardinia.

Nous sommes resté du 8/09/23 au 13/09 très bon hôtel en centre ville mais très calme plage à 10 minutes à pied et le port tout près avec de nombreux bateaux pour les îles nombreux restaurent proche de l’hôtel

Came here on vacation and was pleasantly surprised by the locations by proximity to all that Palau has to offer. Rooms are clean and quaint. The staff was very friendly and willing to help us with all of our needs. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is so old and over priced.
It’s very dark and depressing. The rooms are very basic for the price you pay. The pictures they post on booking apps are wrong.
No amenities in the room ( no tissue paper or complementary water) the door doesn’t lock properly. No duvet on the beds, the ac unit was so dust as if it was never cleaned and it was loud. The beds are not comfortable at all and there was no duvet.
The room I booked was supposedly a garden view room where in fact it was just a room with a view on the neighboring houses.
Their online customer service agents are very rude and unprofessional.
Don’t be fooled or deceived by this so called hotel. I advise anyone not to book

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane.... Hotel eccezionale, staff super gentile, Roberto ci ha accolto con brindisi di ben venuto, colazione di buona qualità ed abbondante, camere pulitissime con tutti i comfort, parcheggio privato sotterraneo comodissimo, location al centro di Palau comodissima.

I rarely take the time to leave a critical review but this basically wrote itself after just staying 24 hours at this hotel. The room is way too overpriced for what it offers. The interior is nice and the bathroom is great, however, there is only one outlet in the room and another one in the bathroom. In a time where everyone has 2-3 electronic devices to be charged, it feels a bit ridiculous not to have an outlet next to your bed. The guy at the front desk barely spoke English when we checked in at night and told me to “calm down” when I asked him why he is writing my credit card details on a piece of paper since it was already in the system…
The hotel does not have free parking for guests and offers paid parking which is more expensive than the parking lot right in front of it, which always have free spots. I mean for the price we are paying, there should have been a valet who is also serving free drinks….
The breakfast does not fit a 4 star hotel and the quality of food and products is way below this standard.
The final straw for my girlfriend and I was when I requested an iron and an ironing board and was told that they don’t have one…
I am glad to see other people had a great time here. We are never staying here ever again!

This is a reply to the answer of the hotel below and I am inserting it here because google would not allow me to directly answer that comment with a separate text.
First of all, thank you for the passive aggressive reply. I am actually in the business of designing 5 star hotels, so I am more or less aware of the standards that go with the star rating of hotels. Break down of points below:
- Sockets/outlets- I stand corrected, we noticed the two outlets when we had to move one of the massive bed side tables because a card fell behind one. These tables were heave and tall, so there is no way anyone would know there is an outlet behind it. Additionally, it is not my responsibility to move large and heavy objects as a guest to charge my phone.( if you don’t agree with my assessment please provide a photo of the sidetables and let the reviewers decide for themselves. The room was 306).We also asked about the sockets immediately after we checked in but because of the language barrier we got offered different extensions.
- credit card: I am very aware of the credit card requirements. We had already paid in full and provided our information before checking in. I had just never experienced anyone writing my credit card information on a piece of paper, but I guess there is always a first time for everything
- garage: i am glad your garage provides more security and comfort than the city parking lot in front- one would hope so. I never said it did. I just said that every other hotel which I have been to in my life has free parking, and even if it doesn’t ,it provides free parking alternatives to its guests.
- breakfast- agree with your comment. There are no specific standards. Again based on my experience and personal opinion, the standard was lower than other 4 star hotels. Service was great and women who worked there really helpful.
- iron- understood and agree with your comment.
As a conclusion I would just like to share that as we were leaving a very kind and helpful man talked to us and addressed all of our concerns. If he was there the first night, a lot of our questions would be answered. Again service and people were in general great, room was great with the minor comments above.

Staff cordiale e sempre disponibile, hanno accolto le nostre richieste e ci hanno lasciato un pensiero per il compleanno. Location perfetta sul porto e vicinissima a tutto il centro, camere pulitissime e piene di tutti i servizi. Torneremo sicuramente a soggiornarvi.

Nous avons quitté l’hôtel à 6h30 et nous regrettons le refus de nous donner un panier repas pour nos 2 petits-déjeuners au motif que le restaurant n'ouvre qu'à 7h30. Cette prestation était pourtant incluse dans le prix de la chambre...
