Au pied de l'église de Sant'Efisio, cette adresse propose une cuisine traditionnelle et créative à la fois. Le poisson frais s'impose au menu, et les recettes changent selon les arrivages journaliers : spaghettis aux langoustines, fritures de poisson, antipasti chauds et froids de la mer, carpaccio de thon et d'espadon ou grillades épurées sont parfaitement cuisinés et joliment présentés. Le service attentionné et chaleureux permet de passer un agréable moment. Le « petit brigand », bien inoffensif, n'ambitionne même pas de vous détrousser : les prix sont étudiés.

Assurdo per un ristorante di pesce non avere pesce! Allora viro su una fregola.
Come antipasto scelgo una tartare di tonno ostriche e scampi… mi arriva una tartare di mela ???? con qualche pezzo di tonno ghiacciato, due ostriche morte e spappolate e due mini scampi ghiacciati…
Al momento dell ordinazione del dolce il cameriere comunica che è rimasto solo tiramisù

For sure, they have a different menu, for "the fork" users, with discount.
The only good part of the meal, was the wine and the mussels.
We asked for Moscardini (mini octopus tradicional at Sardinia) as a starter, and they brought to the table a really bad squid stew, we thinked, this was a mistake, we are at vacations, so, said nothing and continued the meal...
It was not a mistake!
The main dishes we asked (clams pasta and fregola), they were even worse, the "clam" pasta, had not a single clam, the fregola, was decorated with 2 heads of shrimp and a head of a Crayfish, the bodies? Probably at the kitchen...
After this, we only wanted to pay, and leave, and was exactly what we did.
It's really simple: if you will treat not well your clients with the "yums" discount, why you have the possibility of having the discount at first place?
We really love Sardinia, we loved all the restaurants we tried until "il brigantino".
As a Cook, myself, the warning for all the people reading this comment is: run away of this place, you have literally hundreds of better places at Cagliari to eat a pleasant meal.
