Excellent hotel with amazing amenities. The staff was amazing and very friendly! The pool and gym was perfect. I really enjoyed the gym and using the spa during my stay I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed on our honeymoon in August and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredible and really went above and beyond to make our stay one of the most romantic and memorable times of our lives. We were upgraded to a junior suite with an amazing view of the lagoon and beaches. There was champagne and chocolates waiting in our room on arrival. The restaurants were great and the property had shuttles to the most beautiful beaches I've ever been to. Beach chairs were available with towels and waitstaff to bring drinks and food. We spent most of our days at the beach and snorkeling. What really stood out to me was the friendliness and care of the staff at this resort. If I could give the staff 10 stars I would. They do an exceptional job.

we stayed in a room with a private garden, the garden was not private and a little meager. the room showed some signs of wear and tear even though it was updated only two years ago. we completed the survey before arrival and asked for a bottle of wine to be in our room upon arrival, unfortunately there was not any. the main pool in the hotel is stunning, and the shuttles to and from the beautiful beaches are also a great bonus. the breakfast is below average for a 5 star hotel, but the staff is friendly and helpful. the staff truly tried to make our stay extraordinary. our benefits for being a Hilton diamond member we not really shared with us upon check in, which included free usage of the spa every day for 2 hours, which was nice but I would not pay for it. If there were additional benefits, I still don't know. I would consider staying again but not in the oasis area, the seclusion was nice but to me there was really no benefit and it was just farther away from everything. I thought a lot about how to review this hotel as to me the idea was always there but often the execution fell short, after staying in many Hiltons and even some Conrads I unfortunately don't think the execution is where it should be.
