Superbe hôtel, le seul bémol est l'insonorisation des chambres, nous avions une suite junior au rez de chaussée et nous avons entendu les gens au dessus dès 6h du matin marcher sur le plancher, les voitures à l'extérieur également, sinon tout était parfait

Nous sommes venu en couple pour visiter Amsterdam et nous sommes resté 1 semaine à l'hôtel Arena qui se situe dans un parc. Nous y avons été accueilli par des gens charmants et l'équipe de l'hôtel est vraiment très agréable.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié.
Les couloirs sentent bons et la chambre est très bien avec une literie très confortable et une belle salle de bain.
Rien à redire :)
Le top serait d'avoir une petite salle de gym.

En tout cas encore un grand merci à toute l'équipe et remerciement speciale à la dame qui nous a fait le check in et out ^^ !

Très belle hôtel, à 30 min du centre. Les chambre sont spacieuses. Il manque du personnel parlant français. Attention, ils ne prennent pas d'espèce. Le petit déjeuner est sympa. Il n'y a pas de chocolat chaud.

Giulia and Jente did a great job. Lovely service and they were really amazing. The realm in the restaurant was truly amazing. Would love to comeback sometimes, love the place!

Cet endroit est magnifique. Tout est beau et confortable. Le tramway et le métro sont à proximité. Il est facile de se déplacer partout.

Great rooms and situated right in front of a beautiful park that's packed full of life.

The restaurant attached has a great vibe and serves good food.

The only problem was the surprise room deposit, which was very expensive. If buying through a package deal company they dint tell you about this so bring some extra change.

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit direkten Parkzugang. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Zu Fuß ist das Zentrum in circa 20-25 Minuten (2 Kilometer) zu erreichen, auch mit guter Verkehrsanbindung des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.

The hotel was really good with very friendly staff. It's one of the prettiest hotels I've visited ever with the refurbishments that went on. The two-floored room I was in was clean and comfortable though I have to say that if you're on the obese side, you may struggle to get up the stairs to the bed as it's a rather tight squeeze. The list of drinks and food are extensive and not cynically priced like at a lot of big city hotels but this shows awareness of competition from local bars & restaurants. I'd be happy to visit this hotel again when we next visit Amsterdam.

Very dirty hotel. They give sex parties, so it is not the best hangout for a weekend trip to Amsterdam. The food in the restaurant is worse than van der Valk.

A l arrivée un cadre super joli et romantique avec le parc à l entrée de l'hôtel, nous avons été bien accueilli par la personne à l'accueil, à la découverte de la chambre nous étions sous le charme( surtout avec la salle de bain) puis c'est la que les fausses notes arrivent.
Une chaleur insupportable dans la chambre, un échafaudage à la fenêtre, une prise mal fixée au mur et une toile d araignée avec l araignée en cadeau.
Nous somment sorti nous balader en mettant le climat sur 19° en espérant trouver une température plus agréable dans la chambre en revenant à notre surprise quand nous somment revenus la climatisation soufflée à 27° en allant nous plaindre à la réception nous avons été mais reçu la personne de l accueil est venue voir la situation dans la chambre et ne savait pas réglé la situation. La seule option possible, ouvrir la fenêtre qui donne sur la rue car pas d autre chambre disponible et comme le système de chauffage et au sous-sol pas possible de règle le problème

Schandalig, mijn zusje had gisteren bij jullie een kamer geboekt waarbij veel geluidsoverlast was. Uiteindelijk heeft ze van jullie in een kamer met een 1p bedje ver onder de prijs die ze betaald heeft geslapen en kreeg ze 30euro korting voor een probleem die jullie niet goed hebben opgelost. Bah en dat ik jullie ook nog heb aangeraden ook. Amsterdamse service weer.

I got a basic room and it was ok, probably a little bit small but the final result was very good.

With high probability i will go there again and i will suggest this hotel to my friends.

Near the tram station, 20 minutes from the city center.
Good service, kind team and normal price for the type of the hotel

Value for money - very high (you get a lot for what you pay). Super friendly staff, amazing restaurant and really nice ambience. Unique two story room.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à toutes personnes voulant visiter amsterdam dans un cadre sublime et un lieu chargé d'histoire! Le personnel est super sympa, les chambres propres et idéalement situé.
