From the moment we stepped into the establishment the whole experience was impeccable. Dmitry welcomed us in the warmest way and from first seconds made an amazing impression. Alisha, Georgio and Ignacio are people who give all they got to make THE BEST cocktails we ever tried and the heart and soul they put into it is priceless..
Monica and the breakfast, Andrea from the room service , Glenda during Tea Time, (Jurgen had the best mood while helping us at the middle of the night with our needs), Dominique and Kyan, all of these incredible people went about and beyond during our stay and helped us create the memories that will last a lifetime..
We hope to visit this beautiful hotel again soon!

Sehr zentral gelegen, trotzdem etwas abseits vom touristischem Trubel, was wunderbar zum Entspannen einlädt. Toller Blick auf die Grachten. Top Service, ausgesprochen professionell und charmant, welcher auch die kleineren Mängel im Restaurant sehr professionell managte. Teuer aber gut.

The best place to stay in Amsterdam. Everything about the experience was excellent, from the spacious rooms, the location, the breakfast, the views, the spa - the complete package.

What truly stands out is the exceptional service and the dedication of everyone who works here - with a special mention to Monica at the reception who made sure we had the best possible stay and accommodated to all our needs, and to Andrea at room service who was an absolute angel and went above and beyond to accommodate to my dietary requirements.

Such a beautiful hotel and location. Exceptional service at all times. You are made to feel like royalty on arrival and during your stay. Strongly suggest booking a massage or something at the spa at least the day prior. The breakfast was the best I have ever had and just overall the best place I have ever stayed. Can’t wait to go back one day!

Just WOW. I have never experienced service like this before. We booked as a special occasion to celebrate an anniversary and then got engaged during our stay. The staff were incredibly attentive and everything felt luxury. A massive thank you to Danique who made our stay extra special. We felt as though the staff couldn't do enough for us. The vault bar was amazing too and we learnt so much about the history. I hope we have the privilege of staying here again in the future.

I recently had the privilege of staying at the Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam, and if there were a rating beyond excellent, this experience would undoubtedly merit it. From the moment we approached the hotel, we were treated like royalty, a level of service that persisted until our departure.

Even before our arrival, the hotel's commitment to exceptional service was evident. They proactively reached out via phone and email to clarify any details we might not be aware of, ensuring that our stay would be tailored to perfection. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for an extraordinary experience.

We were celebrating our engagement during our stay, and the Waldorf Astoria went above and beyond to make it an unforgettable celebration. Our room welcomed us with a bottle of champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries, and exquisite Dutch chocolates. The housekeeping staff left roses and rose petals on our bed, adding a touch of romance to our already special occasion.

Every member of the hotel staff, from the front desk to the doormen, spa staff, restaurant team, and bartenders, exceeded our expectations. Their genuine commitment to providing exceptional service was palpable in every interaction.

It's challenging to find adequate words to express just how incredible this stay was. The Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam has set an unparalleled standard, and we now find ourselves forever spoiled, as we compare all future hotel experiences to this exceptional benchmark. The only regret we have is that our stay couldn't be longer. We had an amazing staycation at the Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam. Upon arrival we were greeted by Heleen, who also assisted us with the check-in process. She delivered exceptional service and we felt very welcomed. When she walked us to our room, she gave us a tour of some historical parts of the hotel, which we really appreciated. We were given a very nice room with canal view and enjoyed the mixture between the classic and modern elements in the room.

The hotel spa and gym were very well-equipped and in good standing. All staff members we interacted with were helpful and did their best to make our stay better. This includes the service at the Vault Bar and at breakfast. The breakfast itself was top-tier and very fresh (we had a hard time finishing all the delicious items).

Overall, I would say this is perhaps the best Waldorf Astoria hotel I have stayed at so far. We had an amazing stay and we are looking forward to returning to the hotel in the future.
