L’hôtel est magnifique , les prestations correspondent à un 5 étoiles. Le petit dej est copieux et diversifié.
Des vélos sont à la locations, ainsi qu’une lauggage room avant le départ !

J’y es séjourné avec mon mari, les chambres ne correspondent pas réellement au photos sur leurs sites elle sont petite
le personnel d’accueil quel horreur, très désagréable et n’on pas l’envie de vous aider.
Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles je n’y retrouve pas les services attendu…
I had a couple of issues with my room (broken shower head and a room with no desk) that were sorted in minutes. There was also an authentic warmth and passion for their craft at breakfast and dinner. The breakfast itself has a wide variety of super high quality options - there's 5 different types of muesli, beautiful pastries, several fresh loaves of bread, hot food, cold cuts, fresh fruit, fresh orange juice...
The gym is also well above average for a hotel. Well equipped, open from 6am and more spacious than normal.
There were a few niggles. The lack of a desk was a head scratcher as was the lighting - the rooms take moody lighting to an extreme! A broken shower head and broken towel hook felt like quite a lot of broken stuff for one bathroom.

Les chambres sont bien différentes de celles présentes sur les sites, notre chambre était beaucoup plus petite que ce que nous imaginions, la salle de bain les toilettes le dressing et l’entrée ne font qu’un.
Les cuisines ferment à 21h alors que cela mentionne 22h. Nous avons eu le problème un samedi et un dimanche.
La piscine intérieur n’est pas chauffé.
Cependant l’hôtel est beau et propre.
Enfin le tramway est à proximité de l’hôtel mais vous n’avez pas grand chose à faire dans le quartier.

Firstly, the room I stayed in did not match the advertised images on your website. This discrepancy was disappointing as it created false expectations.
Furthermore, one major inconvenience was that the room did not have a bidet. When I requested a room with a bidet from reception, I was told that bidets are not commonly used in this part of the world. This lack of accommodation for personal preferences left me feeling dissatisfied.
Another issue was that my room lacked natural daylight and felt incredibly dark throughout my stay. This made it difficult for me to work and enjoy my time in the room.
As a regular traveler who values fitness, I found the gym to be rather disappointing. The space was considerably small, which made it less than ideal for a 5-star hotel.
Lastly, I booked and paid for my reservation in December 2023, for the last week of January 2024. However, upon checking out, I was informed by the receptionist that there was an additional fee due to recent changes in municipal laws starting in January. It is disheartening to have been unaware of these changes until my departure.
My primary concern revolves around the lack of communication regarding these additional charges. Why wasn't I informed about this change when I made the reservation in December? Furthermore, why wasn't I notified prior to checking in? It appears that this information was deliberately withheld until my checkout, which has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.
I believe that guests should be provided with accurate information well in advance so they can make informed decisions regarding their stay, and it is important for me to understand why these charges were not mentioned earlier.
Otherwise we were very happy with the room and facilities. If the issue is followed up, I would return back again.
Also, the pillows were super hard. I literally woke up with a stiff neck and it was extremely uncomfortable. I don’t see the point in having such a huge pillows.
Lastly, the room itself can do with more light. There is no enough light and I’m not the only one who mentioned this.
The staff are friendly, I can’t argue with that.
L'accueil, le calme, le confort, la proprété, le service, la qualité du petit-déjeuner, la bienveillance des employés, la qualité de la chambre, et encore bien d'autres choses, nous ont permis d'être complètement dans notre bulle.
Notre séjour à Amsterdam était parfait, et l'hôtel y a beaucoup contribué.
Je ne peux que recommander cet établissement !
