I made the very last booking on the same day as I wasn't sure about my itinerary. The location is perfect right in front of the central station and all the staff are incredibly friendly.
There is tea and coffee available 24\7 including breakfast.
I only stayed a night but their warm welcome and services are highly appreciated

這裡太棒了,無論是櫃檯人員或者是餐廳的服務人員都非常熱情友善。早班機來,可以寄放行李,而且居然還可以先享用旅館的早餐❤️
這裡的早餐已經很不錯了,有水果、3種口味土司,可以放進去烤、奶油跟各種口味果醬,還有酥酥脆脆的牛角麵包,還有2種起司跟2種火腿,水煮蛋,鮮奶、優格、果汁,還有一個速度非常快的咖啡機????(在外面ㄧ杯熱美式+一個牛角麵包就要$3.5歐了)
另外我覺得食物區清潔的非常好,不會看到一些污漬或者是麵包削,餐具也很乾淨
咖啡跟茶24小時的,隨時可以進來喝咖啡,ㄧ樓也有很大很乾淨的洗手間
很少歐洲旅館有電梯的,太棒了????
房間的床、枕頭、棉被也都很柔軟很舒適❤️
中央車站、運河遊船、地鐵、路面電車,通通就在對面,步行5分鐘之內,超方便
但缺點,第一次住1樓5晚(其實是2樓,它們1樓是0)水壓大、安靜、吹風機夠力
後來去比利時5天再回來住2晚,這次住4樓,隔音太差,隔壁拉行李拉鍊的聲音都聽得到,蓮蓬頭可能有破損,所以部分水會從旁流出,導致水力不足,ㄧ模一樣的吹風機,這太缺沒力,吹很久很久
中央車站、運河遊船、地鐵、路面電車,通通就在對面,步行5分鐘之內,超方便

So ein tolles familiäres, zentrales Hotel in wirklich toller Lage, die Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar- einfach toll! Zum Hotel selber-selten so tolle freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen erlebt! Das Frühstücksbuffet war so finde ich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei wir waren vollkommen zufrieden und glücklich mit dem leckern Frühstück, sobald etwas ausging wurde sofort frisch aufgefüllt oder sogar zum Tisch gebracht....es gibt sogar 24h kostenlos Kaffee und Tee. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend, sie sind sauber und recht gemütlich eingerichtet....zur Zeit ist vor dem Hotel eine Baustelle, wenn man ein Zimmer nach vorne hat, sollte man wirklich Ohropax mitnehmen, denn ab 6.30 bzw 7uhr Uhr wird es lauter! Wir würden wieder dieses Hotel wählen, bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Amsterdam! Liebe Grüße aus Tirol und Danke ????

People who work in services should learn how to have the right attitude. Asked guy on a reception today for a small favor and it’s okey if doesn’t comply with r policies to share WiFi, but learn how to actually speak with manners. Not blowing people off like a low life.

Molt ben situat a prop de l, estació central. El servei és amable. Les habitacions,una mica justes d,espai. Però tot cuidat i net.

Tolles familiäres Hotel in top Lage...alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit....das Frühstücksbuffet war klein, aber von allem was man braucht was dabei...wenn was leer war wurde immer frisch aufgefüllt oder sogar zum Tisch gebracht....die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet....zur Zeit ist vor dem Hotel eine Baustelle, wenn man ein Zimmer nach vorne hat, sollte Ohropax mitnehmen, denn ab 7 Uhr könnte es etwas lauter werden....Amsterdam ist auf alle Fälle eine Reise wert, wir würden auch wieder ins Train Hotel gehen.

Great stay! My night train got canceled and I was lucky to get a free room at the A-Train hotel. Position is excellent, breakfast also very good, however what I liked the most about my stay was the staff, great hospitality and very nice people that helped me sort out the problem with the night train cancellation!
Thank you again and I m definitely coming back to A-Train hotel if I m in Amsterdam

on nous a changé la chambre 3 fois et c'est horrible à tous les niveaux il n y a rien de bien dans cet hotel je préfère être dehors,j'ai dû réserver dans un autre hôtel. je vous conseille franchement de ne pas réserver ici

Una excelente ubicación, frente a la estación Central, lo que hace que sea accesible para conocer Amsterdam. La atención muy amable, habitaciones sencillas pero muy limpias, buen precio, buen desayuno. Volvería ahí. ???????? ❤️????????

Geweldig verblijf meegemaakt in een uniek hotel. Bijzonder vriendelijke medewerkers die je echt welkom laten voelen. Perfecte lokatie om Amsterdam goed te verkennen.

There was a infestation of brown bugs in my room. Reached out to three receptionists about this issue and would like a refund and cancel the rest of the stay. They explained manager must be present to deal with my request. The manager never show up to process my request despite my three attempts across the span of two days.
Edit: I did not provide "feedback that my issue is resolved". I said that I am good when receptionist asked "how are you?"
You mentioned that the first night there is no other room available yet I was not compensated in any way for the first night that I spent the night in fear sleeping with bugs running around.
The receptionist was extremely condescending, which is similar to your response. The whole time I raised this bug issue. I am constantly getting doubted by the staff members despite multiple photos. In fact, for the third attempt, I modified my schedule and made an effort to return to the hotel in the middle of the day in order to communicate with manager but got rejected and talked down to by the staff. I do not understand why a simple phone call was never offered to me as an option even when manager was not onsite. Or maybe I was lied to when I was told the manager was not available since you mentioned you are on site almost everyday. At this point after my third attempt, I was frustrated and did not want to further ruin my vacation and simply gave up.
It seems that whenever someone brought up an issue. The response of the staff is to procrastinate as much as possible until the customer give up. I do not recommend staying here.
What a shame because I like the theme of this hotel and the decor of the lobby and dining area. Had this issue was resolved properly, this would have been an amazing experiences.

The location is excellent and the staff is friendly. They also arranged a birthday cake from a local bakery for a surprise. The room was kinda small and congested, not the best layout as you can barely move around and the bed felt like it was in the middle.

Wat een ontzettend leuk hotel! We hebben ons vanaf het begin tot het eind van ons bezoek heel welkom gevoeld. Het voelt aan als een familie hotel, heel knus en gezellig! De service is top en al het personeel is vriendelijk en gastvrij. En, zoals de naam al doet vermoeden, heeft dit hotel treinen als thema.
Wat wij ook erg prettig vonden is dat er een koffie/thee machine in de lounge staat waar je altijd gebruik van mag maken.
De kamer is prima, alles is aanwezig en we hebben niets gemist! En....goede bedden en alles was schoon!
De ligging is top want het hotel ligt direct tegenover het Centraal Station van Amsterdam.
Het ontbijt is ook prima en ook daarbij hebben we niks gemist!
Als we weer naar Amsterdam gaan dan komen we zeker in dit hotel terug.
Wat wij ook erg prettig vonden is dat er een koffie/thee machine in de lounge staat waar je altijd gebruik van mag maken.

Hôtel bien situé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et calmes
En sortant du Thalys, face à la gare, petit hôtel très bien situé dans le centre d'Amsterdam. Petit déjeuner copieux, personnel disponible 24h/24h. possibilité de laisser ses bagages le jour du départ dans une pièce fermée à clefs.
El personal es muy amable, las habitaciones muy cómodas y está a pocos minutos caminando de la estación de tren y la casa de Anna Frank.
