Ce lodge eco-friendly surplombe le lac Muhazi, il bénéficie d'un superbe et immense domaine en pente douce (4 x 4 recommandé pour y accéder), sur lequel ont été installées 6 tentes safari sur pilotis (pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes), avec coin douche et WC, et 6 chalets en dur, modernes, spacieux, lumineux, éminemment confortables et très bien équipés (Wifi, thé/café, minibar, terrasse avec vue). Un très bel endroit, reposant et accueillant, qui permet aussi de nombreuses activités. Le service et la nourriture y sont excellents. La piscine très agréable.

This place is really beautiful and the food at the restaurant was nice. Unfortunately I can’t really commend them for the service. Our waiter was not very professional. One person from our group did not like the cocktail she was given and when she told them about it, the waiter was extremely rude. Fortunately the manager rectified the situation and we were happy with the rest of our orders. They have a nice pool but we were a little disappointed that it’s 10$ per person to use it. Although I hope they can improve on their service, I would still recommend them for their food. The views are nice and they have a good selection of wines too.

We had an amazing stay at Umuko Lodge! We were with our small children who also had a great time canoeing on the lake and swimming in the pool. The staff was very dedicated to our need. We also met the owner who was very kind. The room was the cleanest we've stayed at in Rwanda. The food (and the wine) was delicious also. We cannot wait to stay there again.

Superbe endroit pas loin de Kigali! Parfait pour un super week-end au vert! Excellent service, piscine à température parfaite, canoë, bonne cuisine et superbes logements. En tente ou bungalow, on est vraiment bien, on ne veut plus partir!
