J'ai vécu une expérience terrible et contraire à l'éthique avec l'académie de tennis du Kempinski. Il est surprenant qu'un hôtel prestigieux s'associe à un prestataire de services d'un niveau aussi bas. Bien que j'aie porté mes préoccupations à l'attention de l'hôtel, aucune mesure n'a été prise pour résoudre le problème. Ce manque de responsabilité est inacceptable et ne correspond pas aux normes élevées que l'on est en droit d'attendre de Kempinski.

Au lieu d'un hôtel gratte-ciel comme à Dubaï, il s'agit d'un hôtel construit horizontalement dans le style d'un village de vacances, d'un cottage. Il est situé en bord de mer, on peut s'y baigner en février.

Everything was very yummy! We enjoyed all the food. The place has a lovely decor. The service is excellent. Payel and Anni and tintin were all so sweet and professional! I would love to come back here again.

The best restaurant in the hotel is Soi Soi, the atmosfere take you straight to thailand, attentive service and amazing food !!!! From the starters to the dessert. We eat twice beacuse once in not enough ...

Excelente hotel en la zona moderna y residencial de Al Mouj. Cerca del aeropuerto, al lado de la playa, de la marina y del paseo The Walk. Tiene cerca muchos servicios (restaurantes, cajeros, super, marina para actividades marinas). El hotel tiene un gran aparcamiento, y también varios restaurantes (internacional, indio, thai) de muy buena calidad, con terrazas exteriores y al que van también los locales. 2 piscinas para adultos, piscina para niños, y pista de tenis.También servicio hamacas y toldos en la playa. Habitaciones amplias, luminosas y comfortables. El servicio excepcional.

Amazing hotel and staff. I have come here with my wife on my honeymoon. The hotel is very beautiful and the facilities are top quality. There is a range of different restaurants at the hotel and the hotel is located close to local restaurants near by. Shisha is also served at the hotel at two locations. We have loved every second of our stay. 5* service!
