My recent stay at Aloft Muscat left me with mixed feelings. The hotel undoubtedly boasts sleek and comfortable rooms, perfect for short-term stays or quick getaways. However, the dining experience fell short of expectations, leaving much to be desired.

Let's start with the positives. The rooms at Aloft Muscat are modern, well-designed, and impeccably clean. The ambiance is vibrant yet cozy, with thoughtful amenities that ensure a comfortable stay. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, the rooms provide a welcoming retreat after a long day of exploration or work.

On the flip side, the dining options were a disappointment. Despite the hotel's contemporary vibe, the food offered failed to impress. The selection was limited, and the quality did not match the standards one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the options felt uninspired, and the taste left much to be desired. It's a shame because a good dining experience can greatly enhance the overall stay, but unfortunately, that was not the case here.

In summary, while Aloft Muscat excels in providing comfortable accommodations for short stays, the dining aspect leaves room for improvement. If you're planning to dine out during your stay, this might not pose a significant issue. However, for those looking for a seamless experience where everything is under one roof, you may want to temper your expectations when it comes to culinary offerings.

Excellent hotel, staff are very polite and friendly. We are having a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back. Just far enough from the city centre but close to everything you want.

Benidi Ochos (Rezeption), der sich außergewöhnlichen um unsere Zimmerreservierung und einem reibungslosen Chech-in, Check-out gekümmert hat.
Aziz Moussa (Director F&B) und sein gesamtes team haben täglich ein wundervolles Frühstücksbüffet gezaubert.
Ramy Hamdoun (GM) ist immer wieder präsent und bietet neben seinem professionellen team tolles Events wie live music, girls night and special Buffets.

We stood one week in this Aloft in Muscat and It was just amazing! The hotel is great, as also the team: Special mention to Benidie Ochoa, Aziz Moussa and Ramy Hamdoun, who made our stay unique!
The hotel in addition has great details, It is very modern, It has a rooftop pool and great offer of music and events.
Looking forward to stay there again in my next visit to Oman.

Отель как оазис в пустыне. Номера супер, всё очень чисто и продумано до мелочей. Завтраки на 10 звёзд из 10. Очень вкусные и разнообразные. Рекомендую!

Good service

Had a delightful Iftaar Buffet experience at Aloft Hotel with my family yesterday. The food selection was diverse and delicious. The staff, especially Ms. Mayada, were incredibly helpful and attentive. The hotel's interiors are aesthetically pleasing, and the added amenities like the 8 ball pool table, foosball, and children's play area added to the fun. Overall, it was a truly amazing experience!

Лучший!!!! Новый, чистый, идеальный! Сумасшедшее качество сервиса и клиентоориентированности! Ресепшен, работники ресторана и все, кто трудится для гостей отеля-спасибо. Бассейн, 2 ресторана, зона отдыха, подземная парковка, зона с бильярдом и кикером. Идеально чистые номера со всем необходимым. Не пожалели, что выбрали именно этот отель. Вернемся только сюда!

Technisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Super Buffet und umsichtige Mitarbeiter.

It is a new property started in Muscat City. Very close to the Muscat International Airport and well connected to the Airport as well as the city.

It has a good activity lay out at its lobby to do. It has a Pool and Fuss ball table at the lobby to play and use for checking in guests as well as in house guest. Good and neat seating arrangement at lobby.
They have their Restaurant by the Lobby and have a decent food spread available at around R.O. 11/- - 13/- + Taxes per person if you like to have lunch at the Hotel.

They have a good meeting room at the First floor as well as a small open outdoor meeting or sitting area where you can have a small 10 - 12 people gathering or meeting.

I did not visit the rooms or try out their other services so not aware how are the rooms. So not reviewed here.

Has adequate parking space in the basement for in house guest as well as outdoor parking on the ground level for visitors.
