Elle a d'abord prétendu qu'ils n'acceptaient pas Entertainer, mais a offert une réduction de 30 % sur la nourriture et les boissons. Cependant, lorsque l'addition est arrivée, nous avons, sans le savoir, payé le prix fort pour la nourriture. Plus tard, lorsque je suis retourné pour clarifier la situation, le gérant a expliqué que leur système ne permettait pas d'offrir une réduction de 30 % sur la nourriture, mais qu'il acceptait Entertainer. Lorsque j'ai demandé au gérant de parler à la barmaid, celle-ci a prétendu ne pas être au courant de la situation, bien qu'elle travaille dans cet établissement depuis des mois. Un tel comportement malhonnête ne mènera personne loin !

On the flip side, the dining options were a disappointment. Despite the hotel's contemporary vibe, the food offered failed to impress. The selection was limited, and the quality did not match the standards one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the options felt uninspired, and the taste left much to be desired. It's a shame because a good dining experience can greatly enhance the overall stay, but unfortunately, that was not the case here.
In summary, while Aloft Muscat excels in providing comfortable accommodations for short stays, the dining aspect leaves room for improvement. If you're planning to dine out during your stay, this might not pose a significant issue. However, for those looking for a seamless experience where everything is under one roof, you may want to temper your expectations when it comes to culinary offerings.

Aziz Moussa (Director F&B) und sein gesamtes team haben täglich ein wundervolles Frühstücksbüffet gezaubert.
Ramy Hamdoun (GM) ist immer wieder präsent und bietet neben seinem professionellen team tolles Events wie live music, girls night and special Buffets.

The hotel in addition has great details, It is very modern, It has a rooftop pool and great offer of music and events.
Looking forward to stay there again in my next visit to Oman.
