I had an incredibly satisfying experience during my stay in the Gold section at Fairmont Tremblant. While it may have been a bit pricier, the elevated experience was well worth the investment. The buffet spread was simply amazing, and the included breakfast offered a delightful start to each day. The presence of a lovely outdoor pool added to the charm of the stay, providing a refreshing retreat after a day of exploration. The on-site restaurant exceeded my expectations with its diverse menu and impeccable service. One standout dish for me was the doll and rice vegan option, which was both flavorful and satisfying. Moreover, I was pleased to find that the hotel is dog-friendly, allowing me to bring along my furry companion without any hassle. The cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities were also commendable, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, my time at Fairmont Tremblant's Gold section surpassed my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch accommodation experience

We had a lovely weekend getaway here. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful, and made our visit really special. Room was a great size and well-appointed, and food service was excellent as well. Certainly would recommend and we will definitely be back!

Geat location for the ski hills. We visited family staying there. The hotel is tired. Rooms need renovation. Odd separation of food and beverage service. For example, when asking for a Cappuccino, we were told that the other food bar has it but not our kitchen. We only serve black coffee.

Standard rooms are dated, old fashioned and bulky furniture. Some of the furniture is not in good condition. Bathrooms are very clean however, it’s not a pleasant experience to get ready in because the bathtub is low and old style and the sink counter is bulky. This is not worth $600 per night. When we inquired about changing rooms, we were told by reception only Gold floors are renovated and it is an extra cost starting at $1000 per night. Disappointed by the standard rooms at this property. Our stay was in March 2024.

I sent some very important clients to stay here earlier in the month (Feb 2023) & the general feedback is that the staff are incompetent & the service is very poor. To top this off, the hotel decided to FRAUDULENTLY use my bank details to withdraw $2,400.00 CAD from my account without my permission. They have made no effort to return my funds (17 days have passed) & they blame our bank in the UK for this.
I will never send a client here again and my clients complaint about incompetence has been totally demonstrated in the hotels error in taking money from our bank account but then making zero effort to return funds.

Stayed here before but I doubt I will again. Forgot about the parking. Very limited spots and not close to the front doors, so very inconvenient in the rain. If you choose to valet your car, it's a hefty $60 (plus tip) which worked out to 26% of the room cost. I should also mention that the brunch (as good as it sounded) was $50/per person + 15% tax...way too steep for my wallet. We had breakfast in the village for less than half that price. I did get a preferred room rate as I am a Fairmont member and used my AAA as well. I should mention that our room was nice and the bed was great. Bathroom amenities were also good.

I think the next time we're in Tremblant, we'll stay at the Westin hotel, which IMHO, is in a better location and has FREE indoor parking, which did accommodate my large SUV without issue.

Rooms are a dump, ugh feel terrible spending this kind of money despite the great location. They have to warn people that rooms are in dire need of renovation, worse than your local Motel 8.
