Consigliato da amici. Esperienza strana, non del tutto piacevole.
Il locale molto bello e curato ma con servizio un po’ distratto: abbiamo dovuto chiedere per due volte dei piatti che la cameriera si era scordata di segnare sull’ordine. Gli daremo un’altra possibilità?

We were here at Tubladel tonight and we enjoyed a very warm welcome and service, packed with great cuisine. I absolutely think that the service made our night, they were so attentive, nice and so naturally accomodating - that I would like to think that this is how I would have behaved towards my customers if I were to work in hospitality services myself. Два фантастических обеда за время нашего отдыха в этом великолепном ресторане. Пятизвездочный сервис и изысканная, но уютная и комфортная атмосфера наряду с блюдами, вкусом которых мы искренне наслаждались сделали наши посещения незабываемыми! Очень рекомендую попробовать филе оленя с запеченым луком и пюре????

Заведение много лет успешно работает в Ортизеи, готовят вкусно, подают интересно, с задумкой. Минимум с 2020 года ресторан постоянно получает рекомендацию Мишлен. Есть специальные фишечки, например если вы хотите поделить порцию со спутником, вам принесут каждому по половинке, но офомленной как отдельное блюдо.
Последний раз брали тартар из говядины и поросячьи ребра на гриле. И то и другое было отменным.
Отличный сервис, уютно. Достойная карта вин. Большая бесплатная парковка.
НЕдешево.

Personale di sala sarebbe dovuto essere molto più professionale dato il locale (e dai prezzi). Esempi: le posate mi sono state passate in mano. Briciole di pane mai rimosse. Piatti non spiegati. Fatto presente che la carne era fredda, il piatto è stato riportato in cucina per una riscaldata e mi è stato riportato a tavola (indecente).

Cibo: capesante squisite. Il cervo anche. Purtroppo però finisce qui. I primi per niente all’altezza. Sapore del cappone non pervenuto all’interno dei ravioli. Si sentiva solo la salsa ai peperoni. Troppa e troppo forte. Ripieno di cappone comunque sapeva più di pollo che di cappone. Gnocchetti al tartufo con gnocchi scotti (erano poltiglia) e tartufo che a stento si sentiva. Non alta qualità del tartufo sicuramente. Era solo patata praticamente. Ma la cosa più odiosa è stato quando è arrivata la carne servita sulla sua griglietta. Sia la griglietta che la carne fredda. Carne anche secca e super nervosa. Dei bocconi si dovevano sputare. Ed era anche il piatto del giorno! Fatto presente e se ne sono fregati. Nessuna accortezza neanche nel conto. Non abbiamo fatto storie e siamo andati via. Non torneremo mai più. Non andateci. Per i soldi che si spendono non vale per niente la pena. Ma non ne sarebbe valsa la pena neanche se il prezzo fosse stato la metà. Andate altrove.

Wir haben in diesem Restaurant zu Abend gegessen, um den Geburtstag unserer Freundin zu feiern. Generell war das Essen köstlich und die Atmosphäre gemütlich, was uns anfangs sehr gefallen hat. Allerdings war der Service äußerst enttäuschend. Als ich versehentlich ein Glas Wasser umgestoßen habe, blieben wir den ganzen Abend an einem nassen Tisch sitzen, während der Kellner dies leider ignorierte. Eine andere Kellnerin bot uns an, die Tischdecke zu wechseln, wenn wir bereits bezahlen wollten. Zusätzlich fragte uns der Kellner nach unserer Herkunft und es war zu hören, wie er mit seinen Kollegen über uns sprach und "Ukraine" wiederholte. Seine persönliche Einstellung ist seine Sache und interessiert uns wenig, aber als Restaurantbesucher soll man es uns nicht demonstrieren, es ist einfach unprofessionell. Leider bleiben solche Erfahrungen im Gedächtnis stecken. Trotz der netten Begrüßung zum Geburtstag haben wir den Abend mit so einem nassen Tisch beendet. Schade

Lovely restaurant and very cosy set up, the food is worth a visit and great wine list as well as creative food destination if you are staying in Ortisei. Need to book over the ski season.The meat was excellent, lamb cotelettes and freshly made pasta divine. We drunk a nice bottle of Porphyr from Alto Adige.

Very nice restaurant, good food, atmosphere.
The only thing I didn't like was the overpricy wine menu and the sumiller taking some advantage.of this suggesting at first a wine of more than 70€ without asking after signalling a wine half of the price of his recommendation. Despite that I choose my own wine.

I had the privilege of organizing a dinner for a large group of colleagues and friends at Tubladel restaurant. We were a very large group (100+) including many children. When planning the dinner ahead the staff were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. It was evident how proud they were of their restaurant and how every aspect of the evening was planned with exact detail.

When we arrived at the restaurant for our dinner, we were greeting by very well organised staff who rolled out the red carpet to ensure we had an exceptional experience from the second we walked through the door. What followed was a magical culinary delight of several course of delicious food, each better than the last with presentation that matched the sumptuous taste. The chef was constantly supervising to ensure that everyone had a night to be remembered. The service remained first class and constant throughout the night to include a special treat of awesome Grappa as we were leaving.

I would highly recommend a visit to Tubladel if you find yourself in Val Gardena Italy.

Luxuriously cozy spot with excellent food. The carbonara ravioli especially hit the spot for me. I was also impressed how the staff are fluent in at least 3 languages: Italian, English and German.

Absolutely amazing exprince, must visit place if you are in Ortisei. The food is just something else…the selection of the wines is large. Service kind and knowlegeable. Definitely coming back to try more dishes. 10/10
