Biggest disappointment, food was bland, toilets dirty, completely overpriced.
Nice view but you could go for a hike and get the same.

Wonderful place with good food.
The view is astonishing, it’s a unique restaurant that you absolutely MUST visit in Monterosso.

Lors de notre périple en Toscane nous nous sommes arrêtés à Monterrosso al Mare, petit village très coloré et très fréquenté.
Nous avons profité d’un agréable moment à Torre Aurora ,Bar Restaurant , bien situé au dessus de la mer, au calme et au frais !

A stunning location, veiws are well worth it especially @ sunset. We found the service good & the meals where very good. Some reports about poor service, however when in italy service may not be what is expected in other locations. Go with the flow you are lucky enough to be on hoildays in Italy

Endroit magique!!!il reste à améliorer :
La cuisine..pas de saveurs!!! L 'accueil et le service du maître d hôtel : pas au niveau de l'établissement. Seule la serveuse a essayé de rattraper les erreurs.
Je ne conseillerai pas à des amis en visite à Monterosso.

The location is brilliant the service is very kind but the food is really bad. We had the degustation of 80 euro a person and 4 out of 6 little servings were really not tasty ( even seems a bit old the fish)

Amazing atmosphere and fair good food. Just a tad pricey compared to other locations with equal food. Definitely paying for the view, but well worth it!!

The food was very good, fair for the price. The staff as well were very friendly. The view and atmosphere are amazing, cannot best it in Monterosso. I would definitely return for a nice meal, particularly if you’re looking for something romantic.

Contrary to the last reviews, we were delighted by our lunch. The view was amazing (although one of the two gets the most of it), the duck with the truffle mayonnaise was exquisite and the canolli with truffle antipasti was delicious too. The service was very nice, we asked to ate rather quickly since we wanted to catch a boat afterwards and they served us rapidly! Thanks Torre Aurora!

The view is great but you can get this view walking around the town. The beef tartar and fish of the day were super bland. The octopus pasta was really nice but it’s so pricey that the value for money is not there. The waiter are on automatic mode like robots. We paid 120€ for 2 people (4€ pp for coperto, a fee that you pay just to seat at the table). I wouldn’t go back or reccomend.

Shocking service - I have never experienced such rude staff. There was a miscommunication regarding our booking which we tried nicely to rectify. The staff refused to listen to our request, started eye rolling each other, moved us to the aperitif section and then ignored us for the remainder of our time at the venue. They tried to charge us for water which we never requested or was delivered to our table. Do not bother with this restaurant- apart from the views there is nothing else redeeming about this venue. There are so many nicer restaurants with polite and welcoming staff. The owners of this restaurant really need to address the atrocious customer service that is currently on offer.

Gorgeous location with perfect view of the Cinque Terre coastline. We had the the tasting menu which was so so good.

J’ai choisi ce restaurant après avoir demandé ma fiancé en marriage à Porto Venere, nous avons passé un très agréable moment, le personnel à été très attentionné et la vue est magnifique !
