Hyper complet ce musée d'égyptologie, je comprends mieux sa réputation. Prévoyez plusieurs heures devant vous.

Visita sabato 20 aprile. Gentilezza, competenza, chiarezza sono le cose che abbiamo potuto apprezzare grazie alla guida Lara Ciraolo che ci ha portato nel mondo egizio con maestria. Ci ha lasciato un segno indelebile della visita per cui ancora le siamo grati.

I was surprised to learn this was the oldest museum in the world, exhibiting Egyptian artefacts, all because of an incorrect reading of an archaeological find in the 1500s. No, the Savoys were not descendants of the Egyptians. Anyhow, it's a fabulous collection, very well organised, with a great visitor experience.

This is an impressive collection with a very modern style of curating. For enjoying a bit of everything, you will need a good two hours and plenty of reading in order to make sense of the importance of what is being displayed. An extra interest part is the history of why and how Turin ended up with such an enormous and essential collection of Egyptian art. The galleries are very busy, especially with endless streams of schoolchildren admiring the mummies.

Für mich eines der fantastischsten Museen das ich je besucht habe. Jeder der sich für ägyptische Geschichte interessiert ist hier genau richtig. Da das Museum wirklich riesig ist, sollte man hier echt mehrere Stunden einplanen. Man kann von Sarkophagen über Mumien über wunderschöne Schmuckstücke wirklich alles sehen. Selbst die Schuhe und ein Bett eines Pharaos. Unbedingt vorher online ein Ticket buchen, ansonsten kommt man nicht ins Museum. Muss man gesehen haben, wenn man Turin besucht.

We spent about 4 hours going through the various levels and exhibits. You must purchase your tickets online. I recommend booking in advance by a few days as the museum does sell out a week or more in advance in weekends, during busy season week also sellout on week days.

Très beau musée ! Dommage un étage étais complètement fermé lors de notre visite , mais ça vaut le coup surtout avec la Torino card ! Si vous êtes passionné par l’Égypte, c’est à faire !

No te lo puedes perder. Muchísimo material, bien conservado y bien expuesto, y eso estando cerrada la planta 0 que es la más impresionante, habrá que volver. La guía de libres acceso por la web está bastante bien, aunque el wifi libre del Museo no funciona.

Certes une tres belle muséographie et une multitude d objets de diverses périodes egyptienne mais il faut y aller avec un intérêt certain pour cette histoire. Car on est vite rassasié malgré l audio-guide (indispensable). Étage le plus impressionnant pour les neophytes comme moi ( sphinx et beaux sarcophages) fermé pour travaux (avril 2024). Tarifs gratuits pour personne avec handicap et son accompagnateur. Vestiaire 1e (laisser une pièce d identité). Idem pour audio guide.

Un grandissimo museo, il secondo nel mondo dopo quello del Cairo che testimonia la civiltà egiziana. Effettuata visita guidata con guida egiziana che ha spiegato tantissimi dettagli storici.

Le 2ème plus grand musée égyptien du Monde.
Des pièces splendides, à noter l'immense salles des statues. Il faut plusieurs heures pour tout voir.

Visite de nuit du musée qui était ouvert jusqu'à 22h30. Parfait car aucune attente pour prendre les billets et beaucoup moins de monde pour la visite.
Musée toujours aussi intéressant et varié.
