Cadre insolite pour un restaurant milanais qui a élu demeure dans une jolie maison de maître début 1900, entourée d'une grande terrasse donnant sur un square, cernée par les hauteurs des gratte-ciel du quartier de Porta Nuova. Le chef Cesare Battisti épouse avec dynamisme la tradition culinaire milanaise et lombarde, tout en simplifiant les préparations et retravaillant les basiques avec sa touche personnelle. Résultat plus que satisfaisant aussi bien au goût qu'au niveau de la présentation. Risotti à découvrir et beau public.

Zero hygiene! The bread pieces they bring to new guests is the same bread that was left from previous customers!!!
I was sitting right in front of place where they prepare bread, and some of it was just “recycled” meaning those pieces that looked ok, after cleaning the table went straight to the new plate. I have a video of it.

The food was outstanding, every bite celebrates the abundance of the surrounding region. Ratana has an impressive wine selection that pairs well with all their dishes. The staff was attentive but not overbearing and friendly while helping guide our culinary experience. Ratana is more than just a restaurant; it's a celebration of the rich culinary heritage of Italy, infused with the vibrant spirit of the local community.

È la seconda volta che mangio al Ratanà. Confermo il mio pensiero della prima volta. Ottimo cibo, prodotto con materie prime eccellenti… sapientemente combinate e lavorate. Buona scelta di vini naturali. Servizio gentile. Alla prossima
