HOTEL MILANO NAVIGLI

I didn't give it one star because the staff were friendly, the room was clean and the hotel is well located. But I really didn't appreciate being woken up early in the morning when the hotel staff decided to kick travelers out of the room next to mine. Probably my worst hotel experience.
From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness by the hotel staff. The receptionists were not only professional but also genuinely hospitable, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. One particular instance stood out during my stay when the reception offered to print a photocopy of my passport, ensuring that I could keep the original securely stored in the room safe. This thoughtful gesture demonstrated a level of service that went above and beyond my expectations.
The rooms at Hotel Milano Navigli were tastefully decorated, combining modern amenities with a touch of elegance. The highlight, however, was the magnificent view from my room's window – a direct sight of the iconic Arco di Porta Ticinese. Waking up to this historic landmark bathed in sunlight was a truly magical experience, adding an extra layer of charm to my stay.
The comfortable bed, well-appointed furnishings, and cleanliness of the room further enhanced the overall sense of comfort. The attention to detail was evident throughout the entire hotel, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests.
The Navigli district itself is a vibrant and lively area, offering a myriad of dining options, shops, and entertainment. It was convenient to have such a lively neighborhood right at the hotel's doorstep, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local culture.
The hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction was further reflected in its breakfast offerings. The morning buffet featured a delightful selection of both continental and local dishes, ensuring a satisfying start to each day.
In conclusion, Hotel Milano Navigli exceeded my expectations in terms of both service and accommodations. The staff's friendliness, the attention to detail, and the prime location with a stunning view of Arco di Porta Ticinese make it a top choice for anyone looking to experience the best of Milan. I would highly recommend Hotel Milano Navigli to fellow travelers and look forward to returning on my next visit to this beautiful city.
The location was alright as it was an amazing commute to the canal however the commute to the chapel (a site which I highly recommend) and the commute to a metro station were more of a problem but the hotel was attached to a McDonald’s which was an easy commute for dinner and when me and my father were about to leave the city.
Over all loved the experience if I ever find myself in the city again I will happily go to the same hotel
