Le chef du restaurant de l'hôtel Palazzo Caracciolo s'est donné pour mission de proposer une cuisine napolitaine réinterprétée avec inventivité et raffinement. On pourra opter pour le baccalà en croûte de noisettes au coulis à l'orange et aux éclats de fèves de cacao, ou encore, en dessert, pour le baba grillé. Tous les plats sont proposés avec une sélection d'excellents vins de Campanie. Enfin, on jouira de la beauté du lieu, un cloître du XVIe siècle de style Renaissance, bordé de hautes arcades et entièrement couvert par un grand voile blanc.

The AC doesn’t work very well, but luckily we were able to crack a window open so it wasn’t so bad.
The spa was unfortunately closed while we were there, but there is a nice small gym.
We booked via Hilton website expecting nothing but the best.
- we have arrived early, our bags were stored safely until check in time with no problems. The lobby looked absolutely lovely so I was very excited for our stay.
- The service with fantastic! From the moment we walked in till the very end.
- The room seemed small and it was very very hot.
- Air conditioning is quite old and really doesn’t make much of a difference, it’s also on a time so I woke up at night needing to turn it back on. We had it set up for 12C, and trust me….. it wasn’t even cool!
- The street out side was very noisy but I’d be fine with that as long as my room is at the right temperature . Unfortunately you have safety locks on the doors so you can’t open them more and 1.5 inch.
- mini bar fridge didn’t work so everything was rather warm.
- when we have arrived it turned out that the spa has been booked exclusively, so our plan of relaxing evening in a pool and jacuzzi fell through. Not a great start as Hilton websites doesn’t event mention that you must book to use facilities. I guess I should have studied actual hotels website!
- we have booked the spa for a next day but jacuzzi was out of order so we have cancelled.
It was pretty disappointing stay, but as I mentioned on the beginning, everyone who works there are absolutely lovely!
