Un lieu de rêve pour rester une semaine à Sorrente, avec des prestations exceptionnelles. La villa construite en 1833 est l’ancienne propriété de la famille d’Andrea Azzariti, son jeune et cordial propriétaire. Elle est sans doute la plus belle du front de mer. Dans le plus pur style Liberty, elle permet de se sentir chez soi en plein centre-ville. La terrasse avec sa petite piscine offre une vue splendide sur le golfe de Naples. Les appartements décorés avec goût et personnalité sont spacieux et luxueux. Avec son bateau, Andrea propose des excursions à Capri, toute proche. Il connaît parfaitement sa région et prodigue de bons conseils pour les virées sur Naples, la côte amalfitaine, Pompéi et Herculanum.

*BEWARE: DO NOT RENT HERE!* In February, we reserved two rooms (both with ocean views, one with a kitchen). The suites we reserved were the Pino and Golfo, which we put down a $750 deposit on. Upon arrival on October 28th, both suites that we had paid for were already booked and occupied. The owner, Andrea, tried to offer us a so-called "upgrade" in the Paradise suite, which was in the process of being remodeled with scaffolding and building materials inside, making the room unsafe to habitate. I asked for our deposit back and he refused. Not only is this unethical but it is also illegal. So anyone considering renting this Villa, please take my advice and stay away.

You are taking a big chance with your vacation if you stay here. Do your research and read all the other reviews- I did not do this and am out over $700. All the reviews basically explain exactly what happened to us. We booked two specific rooms with ocean views and 1 with a kitchen. When we arrived he had given them to someone else and the fast talking hustler started in on us trying to give us something else - the room had no view - or another that literally had scaffolding in it! Who does that? The worst thing for me was the uncomfortable feeling I got just being around the owner Andrea. Seriously something is off. All the red flags were there when I arrived- pool was green, nothing was set up for guests or in working order, rooms he asked us to “not look in” and he seemed really nervous. Luckily we found a place to stay near by and had a lovely time despite this huge fiasco! RUN!!!!

Absolutely garbage. Booked 2 rooms with ocean view. Was given 2 rooms with no view. Owner claims he overbooked. This guy is a scam artist. Don’t waste your time and money on this place. There are many other more reputable places nearby.

We book down the street and apparently this place is known to do this to many travelers. Beware!!

Owner will claim he doesn’t know me. I was just there yesterday with 3 friends and we booked 2 ocean view villas and got completely scammed. This guy is a FRAUD.

The view (from the shared patio) and location are great, but the service is lacklustre and rooms are inconsistent.

First of all the pictures advertised online are not what you may get (ocean view just means you have a shared terrace). The bed frame was broken in our room. There’s no reception when you arrive.

Depending on your expectations it might be worth it, unless you get the surprise basement rooms other reviewers have mentioned. Our room was not the sea view balcony experience we expected, but the shared space is very nice so it didn’t impact our enjoyment.
