Apesar do excelente receptivo de Caterina e Alessandra, não posso deixar de registrar minha total insatisfação com o café da manhã, foram quatro dias. Dos oito hotéis que fiquei na viagem, foi sem dúvida o pior café da manhã. Mesas muito apertadas, mal cabem a chicara e prato, pães nada frescos, pouca e ruim variedade, café fraco, parece um chá. O café começa as 8 horas, tarde para quem vai fazer passeios. A localização do hotel é excelente, próximo à todos os locais de interesse de um turista. O quarto é pequeno e tem colchão e travesseiros muito ruins. O hotel é caro pelo que oferece. Se for de carro, há serviço de valet por 23 euros por dia e você precisa pedir o carro com 45 minutos de antecedência do horário que irá sair. No check in precisa avisar com a mesma antecedência que está chegando pois não há lugar para parar em frente ao hotel.

The staff, room and location of this guesthouse are amazing. Over our two week stay around Italy, this was by far our favourite accommodation.

Caterina and the staff went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel special on our honeymoon with a cute room display and treats and also surprised my wife with a birthday dessert without us even mentioning it.

They were really helpful with any questions we had and made our stay in Sorrento very memorable. We will be back again. Thank you so much!! :)

Fantástica experiencia. Caterina siempre disponible para ayudarte con cualquier cosa. En el centro de Sorrento , cuidado todo al mínimo detalle. Si tienes una excursión o tienes que madrugar mucho y no llegas al desayuno te preparan uno súper completo para que te lo lleves. Si vuelvo a Sorrento me quedaría allí sin dudarlo.

we were searching for hours for hotels in all locations across sorrento and there were not too many options, until we came across “La Piazzetta Guest House”, this was the best guest house we came across. This place has great service, great scenery, and well organized rooms. it is close to many delicious resturaunts and gorgeous attrations. The lady at the front desk (Caterina) was the most helpful amd kind woman. Highly recomend!!

Staff very good and friendly. Rooms a bit tight, but it’s Europe. Ideal location for Sorrento. If you’re thin? You’re in !!! Low ceilings but staff made all the difference.

Lugar muy bonito y completo. Está muy buen ubicado. Te dan el desayuno para llevar si tenés alguna excursión. Todo perfecto. Recomiendo!!

Wow, I cannot say enough how amazing this place was. I proposed to my girlfriend in Sorrento and we stayed in the Superior Apartment. The view of the city combined with the unique loft styling of the room made me want to stay there forever. Not to mention they’re top of the line staff, Caterina was so helpful and made it so special for everything I needed to make my proposal night perfect. She accommodated any specific things I needed and gave me the best locations in town for food, drinks, and fun. This place is so worth the price and I will be going again in future years for the amazing service. A million thanks to this place and Caterina!
