Waiting for the new seasonal re-opening!
I did some training and spa sessions here, the surrounding is breathtaking as well!
Cuisine and service are more than excelent!

Ho soggiornato nel mese di ottobre in questo hotel. Si trova ad Anacapri quindi non particolarmente comodo per raggiungere il mare. Non è previsto un servizio navetta. Le camere sono confortevoli ma manca bollitore e tisane e macchina caffè. Tenuto conto del prezzo/die anche la colazione poteva essere più varia. Personale di sala gentile, meno in reception, spesso nel retro.

Yanelle greeted us immediately when we arrived. He was a friendly face that was always happy to see us around the hotel and his energy was infectious! What a great way to start the trip! The rooms amazing and we were given a sunset view which were absolutely breathtaking. The personal touches of a handwritten card, fruit, and a cookie to welcome us was a sweet touch! The location in Anacapri was great and it was very easy to get to Capri just a 10-15 minute taxi!

Absolutely breath taking. A must see, the service is impeccable. I literally cannot say enough good things except that it’s definitely a stay everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime.The breakfast is probably the best I have seen in a hotel. The massage was the absolute best leg massage I have had and I definitely frequent spas. My hair was also nothing short of fantastic. Does not disappoint and I am looking forward to returning to show this place to my friends/family.

The hotel was beautiful and perfectly positioned to relax or take advantage of the many activities offered in Capri. We had a junior suite which provided ample space. Some of the furniture was a bit dated and in need of replacement. The restaurant food was nothing special but ample and well presented. Desk staff were great!

This place was an absolute dream! The location is amazing - Anacapri is the spot if you want to avoid the crowds. The hotel is stunning & well maintained. Our room was gorgeous! The breakfast is incredible! But the service was the best part of our stay! The staff here is truly incredible!! The nicest friendliest people who all go above and beyond to ensure you have the best possible stay & experience! We can’t wait to go back!! Grazie!!

Venchenso front desk manager went so far above and beyond. Everything about this hotel is amazing. He even set up tattoos for us in Naples with his Friend. Which was yet another reason why he deserves a huge shout out. Jumeriah does everything right. From the sheets on the bed to the pool service breakfast food I could go on all day about this amazing property.

I cannot more highly recommend a hotel.
It was the highlight of our trip to Italy.

I am not one to write many reviews but felt compelled to do so on this occasion. The service at this hotel is second to none. Every employee went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had an unforgettable honeymoon while at Capri Palace. I want to especially point out Vincenzo, the front office manager, and Giuseppe, the restaurant manager. Both of these gentlemen went to great lengths to make us feel welcomed and made our stay extra special. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits the island of Capri.

Also, the food is incredible at each of the 4 dining locations they offer. We didn’t have a bad bite of food. We are already planning when we will be back to experience this magical place again.
