Amazing tour! Nice fast boat helped us find the whales much easier than the bigger boats, plus great information about the whales while searching for the next ones. I lost count how many humpback whales we saw.

Tuesday the 31st of october my girlfriend and I booked a tour with Husavik Adventures for whale watching.
I made a mistake and misread the time we had to be present. Although it was my mistake, the lady's at the office offered us to go on an other trip just a half an hour later.

The trip was just perfect, we saw a lot of humpback whales and even a group of 4 together.
The captain and his assistent could tell us all about we want to know about the whales and had a good eye for where the whales where swimming.

If you are close by Husavik I would highly recommend to take a trip with Husavik Adventures.

My boyfriend and I did a whale watching tour at 10am on Tuesday, October 31st today. Really great staff at the front desk and amazing service. Really loved that the tour guide would give us info about the whales as we would wait for one to appear. The driver of the boat was super attentive and would go towards wherever one of us would point or where the tour guide spotted one. There’s are videos of two of the many times we got a chance to spot them.

Un'esperienza magica, ci è stata fornita tutta l'attrezzatura necessaria per il freddo e siamo partiti, il personale preparato e super gentile.
Siamo riusciti ad avvistare tante balene e con il gommone è stato possibile avvicinarci, uno dei ricordi più belli che conserverò per sempre, consigliatissima!

We had the best time on this boat with our crew! Being able to go further faster certainly helped with our whale spotting. We saw about 6 whales during our trip and were so blessed that they showed us their flukes before diving. Our crew was super knowledgeable and very personable. I learned so much about whales during this trip. We are so glad we chose this tour!

Die Speedboat-Tour können wir sehr empfehlen. Man sitzt in zwei Reihen, sodass alle einen guten Blick haben. Wenn gerade keine Wale zu sehen sind bekommt man interessante Infos erzählt. Mit dem Speedboat ist man flexibel und schnell. Zu den Walen wurde von der Bootsführerin stets ein vernünftiger Abstand gehalten, sodass man diese nicht stört oder belästigt. Klare Empfehlung.

Una experiencia brutal. Contratamos el avistamiento de ballenas en lancha rápida y tuvimos la suerte de coincidir con Iñaki, paisano nuestro y un apasionado de su trabajo. Un verdadero placer coincidir y un acierto total contratar con esta empresa.

We had a wonderful time! It was truly fantastic! Anna was great and was an amazing guide and extremely knowledgeable. The captain was a true professional. The boat is fast and gives the customers the best of the whales than the larger old whale boats. Because there are only 12 passengers every get a great view of the whales. We saw many whales and dolphins. The boat is quick, but very safe and comfortable. The crew is concerned with safety and comfort. The have inflatable suits for you to wear along with a very good life preserver.
Our cruise ship changed the departure time and Laura the manager moved people around so we could make the adventure and get back in time for the cruise in Akureyri about 1 hour away. I know it was difficult to move us to that time slot and we appreciate what they did for us. Your communication in emails and phone calls were top notch! You care about your customers and that really shows by your actions.

Zo'n bijzondere ervaring. Echt een aanrader!! De snelle boot is alleen al super leuk en dan ook nog walvissen zien. Geweldig! Ook een super kapitein en gids. Ze doen hun werk met veel passie en dat merk je echt, onze gids nam alle tijd voor vragen en gaf heel veel informatie!

The RIB boats were to aggressive around the whales and stressing them out. The whales showed visually that they were stressed out by slapping their flukes giving a warning sign to the boats. Not a good experience.

My family took an 8:30pm whale watch and it was two of the most amazing hours we have ever spent! Our guide was extremely knowledgable and passionate about caring for the environment. Being in a small boat and able to observe the whales without disturbing them was a once in a lifetime experience.

Consiglio il tour con il gommone (zodiac) che va più veloce appena avvista una balena e la segue. Noi abbiamo visto sia dei delfini che una megattera ???? oltre alla puffin island Che però verso metà agosto si svuota in quanto le pulcinelle migrano. La nostra guida, un ragazzo spagnolo, è stata molto brava a darci informazioni! Con le tute che danno anche un una giornata con 8 gradi si sta bene, ovviamente bisogna vestirsi bene anche sotto! Consigliato!

Very nice tour with the speedboat.
First we booked trough a third company apparently and had tickets for the bigger boat. We didnt want that and the company let us change. Good service there.
The tour itself was amazing. The quality of the boat was good and the guide knew a lot about the whales.

The way we seat in the zodiac is very nice, like on a moto! We can see very well around us. I can imagine when there are stronger waves that the ride might become closer to an experience in a rollercoaster, but in our case the ocean was really calm.
My only concern is that they are getting too close to the whales, not a good thing for them. In many other places like that in the world there are laws protecting the whales and that force the boats to stay farther from the marin animals.
