Avis HOTEL BRUNNENHOF Munich

Tolles, sauberes und top gelegenes Hotel mitten in München. Wir waren hier aufgrund der barrierefreien Zimmer mit elektrisch höhenverstellbarem Bett für meinen Mann (Rollstuhlfahrer). Das Doppelzimmer (222) ist für Fußgänger ausreichend groß, nicht aber für Rollifahrer. Zum Bewegen und Rangieren ist es zu klein. Das Bad ist nur über eine kleine zu steile Rampe erreichbar, ohne Hilfe hätte ein Rollifahrer Probleme. Der Waschtisch ist unterfahrbar jedoch zu hoch, der Rollifahrer kommt nicht ausreichend an den Waschtisch. Die Matratzen in den Betten und im Pflegebett sind hart und sehr unangenehm für Menschen, die nicht hart schlafen können. Das Hotel bietet 4 Parkplätze im abgeschlossenen Hinterhof, ohne ausgewiesenen Rolliparkplatz. Der stufenlose Zugang befindet sich im Hof und ist über eine ca. 3 cm hohe Schwelle mit Hilfe befahrbar. Im Haus befinden sich Aufzüge zu den Stockwerken. Das Personal ist absolut klasse, sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, ob am Telefon oder vor Ort, ganz liebe Menschen.
Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls super, mit ausreichend Auswahl und toll arrangiert. Die Damen im Frühstücksservice waren ebenfalls super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ganz großes Lob an alle Mitarbeiter/innen! Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel und für den Preis mitten in München toll.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zimmer und Frühstück waren dem Preis entsprechend und angenehm.
Nur das Bahnhofsviertel ist nachts sehr aktiv, daher empfiehlt sich ein Zimmer zum Hof. Auch ist das Viertel leider nicht besonders sauber und aufgeräumt. Wer Gold verkaufen, Handys erwerben oder einen Haarschnitt will, ist dort genau richtig

Beautiful hotel, great location, and wonderful hospitality. Plenty of maps and event information in the hotel in multiple languages for all travelers.

Bon hôtel. Les chambres 4 personnes sont spacieuses et surtout avec 2 lits supplémentaires et non pas des lits superposés.
Le petit déjeuner convient très bien.
Emplacement à 10 minutes de la gare et 15 minutes de la vieille ville.
Un seul bémol : pas de place de parking libre. Il faut aller dans un parking public souterrain un peu plus loin avec un prix préférentiel

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is also close to different train stations and landmarks. The rooms are clean and well-maintained.

Good bed, quiet and comfortable in a simple room. The towels are a bit small and there is no coffee facility in the room. Need to book well in advance to get a car park space. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Very clean, very quiet. Staff were really friendly. The breakfast was good. It's just a bit out of the way, but about a 10 minute walk from the main station and Karlsplatz. Around 15 minutes walk from the city centre.

Great for a short stay. Located very close to the main train station. 5 minutes from the city center.

Einfaches Stadthotel, freundliches Personal. Standort sehr gut zwischen Hauptbahnhof, Fußgängerzone und Theresienwiese. Praktisch ist, dass man in der Tiefgarage "Hauptbahnhof Süd" stark ermäßigt parken kann

Ein schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Geräumige, saubere Zimmer zu super Preisen. Kleinigkeiten wie kostenlose Wasserspender mit Gläsern und Karaffen machen den Aufenthalt zusätzlich sehr angenehm.
Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Amar ist uns mit seiner zuvorkommenden Art und positiven Ausstrahlung dabei besonders aufgefallen.

從慕尼黑總站步行大約10分鐘左右可至，雖然網路上說附近環境較為複雜，但自己本身在此住宿的感覺還好，但夜間盡量還是結伴同行。
櫃台人員服務態度蠻好的，給了我們4人房，因此我們住宿的體驗還蠻舒適，若是需要熱水壺可以跟櫃台借用，比較特別是房間是用鑰匙開門，外出時需將鑰匙寄放在櫃台，回飯店時再跟櫃台領取，若比較不習慣此方式可能就要考慮一下。

It was unfortunate the hotel couldn’t offer any alternative solutions for unpredictable situation as DB strike.

My recent stay at Brenenholf City Center in Munich was undoubtedly the most disappointing hotel experience I've ever encountered, and for valid reasons.

Firstly, the hospitality left much to be desired. Despite my late arrival, the check-in process was anything but welcoming. Instead of an access card, I was given a key with a cumbersome medal attached. This unconventional approach was frustrating, and to compound matters, my room lacked a safety box for securing valuables. When I questioned the receptionist about this and expressed concern for the security of my belongings, I was met with indifference. He insisted that leaving the key at the reception was standard procedure, without providing any satisfactory explanation. This meant that every time I left the hotel, I had to wait for him to retrieve the key from a communal safety box, which was both inconvenient and unsettling.

Our conversation, which initially proceeded in a civil manner, took an abrupt turn when the receptionist suddenly raised his voice in front of other guests, abruptly ending the discussion and suggesting I speak with the manager the following morning. This unprofessional behavior was unacceptable.

Furthermore, when I suggested leaving the key in the room, the receptionist rudely refused, insisting that I was responsible for returning the key and medal. He even went so far as to keep them beside him, and said when coming from outside you can pick it back. It was a bizarre and unsettling interaction that left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied.

Additionally, the following morning when my friend and I went to enjoy breakfast, we encountered further disappointment. Despite numerous empty tables, some of which could accommodate four people, a staff member approached us and insisted we move to a smaller table for two. While we had already begun our meal, her manner was less than courteous.

Given the cumulative issues and lack of satisfactory resolution, I decided to cancel my reservation and seek accommodation elsewhere. I found another hotel in the same area at a comparable price, and the contrast in quality and service was remarkable. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Brenenholf City Center based on my experience, and I strongly advise seeking alternative accommodations in Munich.

Localização excelente, a três quadras da estação de trem principal e de diversas linhas de metrô, e bem próximo do centro turístico também.
O quarto era um pouco apertado para quatro pessoas, e além disso só tinha aquecimento no banheiro (e pegamos dias com temperaturas negativas).
Café da manhã excelente e equipe bastante atenciosa.

Très beau séjour à Munich. Hôtel très bien situé à moins de 10 minutes à pied dea gare centrale de Munich et à 15 minutes à pied de Marienplatz, voire moins avec le train ou me train. Satisfait de l'hôtel et notamment de l'accueil et du service.

This is an apartment-style hotel centrally located in Munich. It is centrally located in many places, such as restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, shopping, etc. I stayed here several nights in Munich, and I was fine walking day or night around the area. The residents are super friendly, especially to tourists. I highly recommend this hotel if you want an affordable place in Munich.
