If you are not a German local, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. My husband and I stayed here and the price of the hotel was €109. We were asked to email all of our Credit card numbers and information to the hotel (which we refused obviously). Once we arrived we were charged tourist fees and multiple other fees on top of the room that ended up being €143 for one night. The room looked nothing like it did online. It was infested with stink bugs, lady bugs, and other small insects. Staff is not very accommodating at all If you do not speak German. The Comfort Suite is just 2 twin beds pushed together that constantly slide apart throughout the night. If you do not want to get ripped off and overcharged for the bare minimum, stay away from this hotel!!

On the other hand, the hotel was very clean and sanitary. No complaints on cleanliness. Very quiet and has a great scenery.

Ich war nur im Café und habe ein Kännchen Assamtee getrunken und das war gut. Die Bedienung im Kaminzimmer war sehr freundlich.

Gute Lage,direkt am Kurpark. Ca. 1km bis zur Altstadt. Hotel hat so 80er Jahre Charme.Zimmergröße war in Ordnung,Bad war groß. Ausstattung nicht mehr zeitgemäß ,auch so 80er Jahre Ausstattung.Großer Balkon.
Safe kostenlos und ein kleiner Kühlschrank war im Schrank. Personal freundlich. Hund erlaubt,allerdings kam zu den täglichen Kosten von 15€ nochmal 20€ Endreinigung zusätzlich.
Frühstück war inklusive,aber eher unterdurchschnittlich für ein 3Sterne Hotel. Aufbackbrötchen, Wurst aus Abpackungen . Keine Salate oder Lachs oder ähnliches.

Excellente, tatsächlich selber hergestellte Gulaschsuppe, nix aus der Dose und mega lecker. Empfehlenswert.

Sehr schön gelegen direkt am Kurpark. Sehr schöne Außenterrasse. Schönes Cafe mit sehr guten Torten und Gebäck. Frühstück gut. Zimmer ausreichend groß, allerdings ein sehr kleines Bad. Alles insgesamt sauber und ein schöner Balkon. Parkplatz direkt vorm Hotel. Allerdings kein barierrefreier Zugang.
