DREHU VILLAGE HOTEL

I was left waiting at the airport after having booked a transfer days ahead and having it confirmed. The airport staff kindly called the hotel for me who first time said that the bus should be there. When I waited a bit longer I asked the staff to call the hotel again the hotel responded that they were now looking for a driver. The hotel is located 25 min from the airport meaning I had already waited 15min and would have to wait another 25min minimum. An hour after arrival a man came who didn't speak a word to me, later I saw this man at one of the bungalows, meaning they seem to have asked a guest to pick me up. All they did was say "sorry" when I arrived go check in and it wasn't until I checked out that I had to ask them not to charge me for the transfer as I had been left waiting an hour at the airport (to add this was the last flight of the day and the airport staff were closing the airport for the day).
Staff in the hotel are ok, but they don't really speak English as most other places in New Cal, so at one instance, when I sat down at a table outside to drink my cocktail before ordering lunch (wanted to finish my cocktail before ordering), I was told I could only sit here having lunch not for just a cocktail. When saying in the simplest way possible that I'd be ordering soon, in many different ways trying to communicate to the staff, I was still asked to leave this table. Noting the tables are all in the same area, this specific table was in cover from the wind which is why I sat down there. However I had to move to drink my cocktail, even though I could order the exact same cocktail from the same staff at this table if I ordered lunch. Didn't feel like the staff made much effort in trying to make my stay pleasant.

Logement très vieillissant
Frigo dans un état déplorable qui nécessiterait un remplacement
Wifi en accès très limité (1h toutes les 24h)
Qui plus est il y a eu une coupure de courant pendant plus de 6 heures qui nous a contraint de finir notre séjour sans avoir pu charger nos téléphones

Très bon repas. De la qualité.
Service très agréable et cadre magnifique

Le cuisinier est incompétent. Même menu pendant 1 semaine le midi et le soir, une viande ou un poisson. Plus de carte. Le personnel de service est gêné par cette incompétence qui nuit gravement à l'hôtel.
Petit-déjeuner décevant et trop cher !
Position idéale des bungalows par rapport à la plage.
Hôtel vieillissant, trop cher .
Service correct.
Le directeur doit revoir sa copie pour un hôtel 3 étoiles.
