Le personnel manque clairement de formation notamment à la réception, on ne papote pas en présence du client, j'ai dû glisser un billet à un serveur pour avoir droit à une deuxième omelette au petit déjeuner alors que c'est un buffet à volonté ! L'hôtel est mal équipé l'hygiène n'est pas au rendez-vous pas de brosse dans la toilette panne d'assenceur j'ai été bloqué un quart d'heure j'ai dû appelé un ami qui a informé la direction le bouton alerte de l'ascenseur ne fonctionne pas, toilettes communes au rez-de-chaussée et piscine sales. Impossible de payer avec une carte de crédit virtuelle. Point positif la piscine. Le Noom Hôtel Conakry doit se remettre en question, il y a clairement du laisser aller et un manque de fermeté de la direction. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Here is what I loved. They picked me up at the airport, the location is great, the staff is friendly, the view from the patio is stunning and the A/C worked.
Our problems are with the management: they are inflexible. When finalizing the booking, the dates flipped to one month ahead. We phoned right away and were told to handle the issue with the booking agent - who told us to handle it with the hotel. Then we were repeatedly told to call back in a few hours because the issue had to be discussed with the management, but no answer. When we arrived at the hotel, we spent at least an hour at the reception waiting for an answer from management. In the end we were told they cannot refund or discount anything. We had to book again at full price. The following day we could not enter our room with the electronic key. We had to return to the reception at least six times before that issue was resolved. Because of that we missed an appointment in town and had to stay another day. Another reason we booked here was because of the internet, which worked only half of the time or not at all. Our second day coincided with Valentine's day, unfortunately. When, after lunch, we wanted to relax at the beautiful pool, we felt like we were in the way while they were setting up a party around us.
Anyway, what could have been a pleasant stay was expensive and a bit disappointing.
Rooms and general hotel could use a good clean.
