Stayed here for a week, end of March/April. Good location for skiing and staff were fantastic!

No cooling in rooms
Food is bad and uncooked. Friend got food poisoning.
Nothing in the close area
Rooms are cramped and there are window too neighboring rooms in the shower?!?

Absolutely love this place. Have stayed there on two school trips. Both skiing with lots of children. The rooms are comfortable, the food is excellent and plentiful, it is a short walk from the Funicamp cable car making it very accessible and the staff are very helpful- Xavier especially. Always impressed and will continue to stay there for as long as we continue to ski in Andorra.

Location, rooms and food all A+!

Would recommend the hotel to anyone looking to stay in Encamp/Andorra.

The hotel manager Xavier is 5*! Always very helpful and accommodating!

Buenas tardes,queria felicitar a todo el equipo del hotel oros por la amabilidade que ha tenido con nosotros durante nuestra estadia,,,,,hemos venido de vacaciones de portugal y la verdad es que nos ha encantado ,estavamos cerca del funicamp por la ubicacion. Buenas tardes quería dejar esta reseña al hotel oros de encamp.gracias por ser tan antentos y amables y siempre con una sonrisa en la cara por muy pesado que fuera.las instalaciones están perfectas y todo muy bien limpio y a las chicas de la limpieza también muchas gracias por ser tan amables y siempre disponibles para mis peticiones.recomiendo el hotel oros al 100*100

Excelente ubicación para quién viene a esquiar… ???? hemos estado una semana , las chicas de limpieza muy amables y siempre se han prestado a cualquier cosa que hemos necesitado, la limpieza muy bien … los chic@s de comedor encantadores todos, la l bufete estupendo…
El año volveremos …
