i stayed here for 6 nights to attend a workshop conducted by a nearby international organization. it was chilly in geneva during autumn and winter was just around the corner. ||this unassuming hotel will make you feel you're home. there's a heater inside my room. a bath tub awaits me everyday. a hot shower is always available. it just bothers me that the shower holder is loose and i could not position it at the exact angle where it would not wet the floor.||i always get a daily room make-up regardless if i hang the sign on my door or not. the elevator, though, makes me a little claustrophobic.||umbrellas are available whenever a sudden rainshower happens unexpectedly. how convenient. and the staff are warm and friendly||would love to come back in this hotel if given another chance.

J'aimerais vous dire merci pour le traitement au sein de votre hôtel l'accueil ???? était bien mais j'ai deploré quil n'y ai pas de patte didentifrice dans vos chambres et concernant le déjeuner vous avez une de vos serveuses qui m'a littéralement interdit de sortir de l'hôtel avec la pomme que je mangeais....j'ai vraiment pas apprécié.

Rooms very comfortable and clean, big window which allowed plenty of natural light into the room. Attentive and helpful personel at reception and breakfast area. The hotel is easy to access and located in a quiet area, safe to walk around.
