Great hotel with great service. Clean rooms with amazing view, good restaurant and good prices....We are organizing trainings for our dentists every year here, and eveyrtime I get perfect service. Thank you to Vlad, Benji, Pérez, Melinda an Cécile. You are the best ????

On a prit la meilleure chambre et c'était une superbe expérience ! Nous avons cependant consommé nos repas et boissons ailleurs car personne n'est venu prendre notre commande et le bar/restaurant ne semble pas accueillant ni confortable

This hotel has become an utter catastrophe. Despite my 15 years of patronage, I'm disheartened by the current state of affairs. It's unclear whether it's a leadership problem, but the lack of maintenance is evident. The rooms are antiquated, with numerous fixtures and amenities in disrepair. As a loyal customer, I feel utterly disregarded, with no recognition or appreciation from the staff. Regrettably, I've reached the decision that I won't be returning.

L'hôtel Mövenpick Lausanne au bord du lac offre une expérience exceptionnelle, sublimée par un accueil chaleureux et professionnel de Samet. Son attention personnalisée et son sens du service rendent le séjour encore plus mémorable. La vue sur le lac est à couper le souffle, les installations sont de haute qualité et la cuisine est délicieuse. Un véritable havre de paix où chaque détail est soigneusement pensé pour le confort et le bien-être des clients.

Awesome location. Room is ok. I’d stay here again. Grocery store downstairs is a plus. Good view of the lake.

Świetna lokalizacja, z widokiem na jezioro i góry (chyba, że masz pokój z widokiem na wewnętrzny dziedziniec - wtedy czar pryska).
Niby wszysto OK, ale pokoje nie sa przytulne. Za niespełna 300 CHF można chyba znaleźć coś lepszego.

Ik heb kosteloos geannuleerd. Maar ik krijg mijn geld niet terug. Reden is dat zij geen inkomsten willen missen. Helaas. Is raar maar waar.

Very good hotel located on the shores of Lake geneva. It has got a restaurant which serves breakfast with good views of the lake. Olympic Museum is near to this hotel. It's well connected by a metro in just 100 m away. All rooms are well maintained & spacious. It has got fitness center & meeting rooms as well. Stayed here for 3 nights. Enjoyed the stay.

J'ai séjourné quelques jours pour travail.
Hôtel en plein centre, confortable et chambre avec vue sur demande.
Petit déjeuner buffet riche et copieux et restauration de qualité.
Apéritif agréable avec vue sur le lac

Central location and good service.
I basically choose this hotel because it was highlighted for the gluten-free meals.
Very satisfied!
In the morning at breakfast there was a large buffet with a gluten-free section and gluten-free options for lunch and dinner as well... all combined with a beautiful view of the lake.
Don't miss it!

L'accueil à la réception devrait s'améliorer (trop junior)
Manque d'explication sur les réductions du parking Ouchy.
Chambre très agréable, Prémium mais déception sur la configuration des toilettes
